$839 and the AC still does not cool. Don't be deceived by Avery Heating and Cooling the way I was. Get a written estimate. They threw out numbers in conversation leading me to believe it would cost around $400 but they didn't write anything down. When the technician came back, he explained there was another customer that the sealant failed to repair. Why not explain that before recommending the sealant? Don't let Avery Heating and Cooling deceive you.

Called several local service companies who either didn't answer or call back but Avery answered and scheduled service on the first call. Max arrived on time and performed thorough furnace service. He was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely use Avery service again and highly recommend them.

This company charged me $138 for a service call and diagnostics. I found this very high and called 5 other companies (with better reputations) and the absolute highest was $99. The tech said I needed a new blower motor, didn't know the price and didn't know when he would be back to fix. Later I received a call that it would be $750 to fix. Thank goodness I called another company and they came out immediately and fixed it for $150. Save yourself time and money and look elsewhere. PS I wondered how this company EVER got 5 stars - Chet must have had a busy day 3/24/16. I guess you just need two good friends.
