Great customer service and response time. We had a septic back up and just had to be on a Sunday morning of all times!! They responded within two hours and could not have sent any nicer tech. He was so nice!!! Thank you you guys are awesome.

If you need a septic tank pumped and new drain field put in call Averett. Jerome and the crew who did an excellent job are friendly, on time, great customer service and make sure the job is done right. I even told my neighbor who had the same problem to call Jerome and he got his drain field replaced the same day as mine. They thanked me for recommending Averett. I will call Averett again for sure.

Beware when signing a 3 yr service contract. We signed a contract in Nov 2019. We were told that would give us 2 pump outs and an inspection every year. They also talked us into buying two risers to make it more convenient for them to check the system. Not only did the salesperson charge me $737.70 3 times because he kept loosing signal on his iPad, but it took me a month to get that money back. I emailed a few weeks ago to have my final inspection and pump out. I was told by Roland Young, a supervisor for Residential division that my 3 year contract had been fulfilled . If my contract was signed on the 4,Nov 2019 then they owe me another inspection and pump out. According to Mr Young they did not owe me anything. They counted my first cleanout and inspection 11/4/2019, the second inspection 11/11/2020 and the third inspection 12/16/21. That was what was included in the three year contract. My contract specifically states 3Yr Service Contract, Not two year service contract. The salesperson sold me two pump outs and a 3 yr contract. Apparently Mr Young has difficulty in calculating how many years make 3. Please do your diligence and make the salesperson spell out everything you get included in that contract specifically!

I had a issue of toilets not flushing correctly. Had three companies inspect my septic system. Two of them ,told me that my system had to replaced to resolve my problems . I requested all three companies , give me a estament. One of them looked at the hole said oh you need a whole new septic system, $7800 . The second company did same thing but they said $7600. Then Richard from Avertt septic systems came . He spent a hour probing and checking out everything. He found my true septic tank. And drain field. He had one of the big trucks come , they pumped out my tank and said. You don't need a new system. You're system is fine. Thank you Lord for Averett septic. Honesty and integrity is still out there.
