Excellent customer service! I had a pipe malfunctioning at 10 pm that left me with no water. Called him on a Friday night, he answered and offered to come out that night as he was a 3 min drive away. I told him the morning would be fine and I was his first appointment at 6:30am. Came in, fix my pipes, got my dishwasher draining again and educated me and was out the door before 9. Very knowledgeable and experienced and extremely down to earth and friendly and his price was fair, actually way less than I expected to pay. I recommend 100 percent!

My 14 yr old hot water heater suddenly went down last night and I woke up today (day before Thanksgiving) with no hot water! I've got family flying in today to stay with us for the rest of the week so this was shaping up to be a disaster. After calling several other shops that were already booked until Friday I was lucky enough to find Melvin. After a quick bit of discussion on the phone about what my HWH issue was I felt at ease getting him to do the work. Obviously at 14 yrs of service I knew that I was going to be needing a new HWH soon... (my neighbor just had to replace there's as well so I was expecting this). Melvin was able to come out almost immediately and was able to make the repair quickly and my Thanksgiving is saved. I would recommend Aventra to anyone.
