DO NOT USE this company. They were sent to me through American Home Shield for a shower drain leak. He couldn't find an evident problem so he opened up my ceiling and still couldn't find it. He said to keep an eye on it and call him back. I ended up finding the leak and let him know. He then said I needed to call AHS back and have them issue a new work order, which I did however the work order was already closed (ie he already got paid). He would not return AHS's phone calls and now he will not return my calls or texts. I am having to spend another service fee to have another company come out and I will most likely end up having to fix the ceiling myself. HORRIBLE customer service! Zero stars if I could.

1 star based on his customer service. Very dismissive and condescending (especially his laugh) when speaking with him on the phone. If he is unprofessional on calls from prospective clients I can only imagine if a problem arises.

The day after Christmas and Jaime of Avellino Plumbing was the only plumber who could, and would come to help our frozen pipes! He came within two hours of my call - as he said he would - and he texted me to confirm he was on the way. Super nice to work with and he solved the problem quickly!
