After cracking my ceramic sink, I needed to have it replaced. Mario was able to come out within the same week that I cracked it and had a much more reasonable rate than some of the other quotes I received. He caulked the sink better than it had originally been done, and completed the task within a timely manner. My bathroom was left clean, too. Highly recommend Handyman and Repair! Jessica does a wonderful job getting things scheduled.

I called Handyman & Repair to help with sheet rocking my garage and replacing some original windows. They were the fourth Handyman company I called and the only one who called me back and agreed to come out and give me an estimate. Jessica runs the shop and Mario and his crew do the great work. They are Awesome!!! The showed up on time and gave me a fair estimate. We agreed on a day for the work and they came back did all the work in a very timely manner with excellent workmanship. I am a Real Estate Broker withyears of projects completed and can 100% refer Mario at Handyman & Repair. It is nice to have somebody who does what they say with high quality workmanship. Work Completed by them:

Changed multiple electrical light switches to dimmers (very difficult as they were multiple switches for one light)

Removed old windows and replace with new Milgard and trimmed out exterior and painted
Hung new beam in garage as old beam was not supported correctly
Hung shelves in garage to store belongings

A good friend of mine referred us to Mario. We needed some exterior air vents re-screened around our house. The main issue was two of the vents had water pipes coming through the screens, so the screens had failed and rodents are getting in. Mario crawled under the house and also under our deck to find the best way to fix these. New screens were carefully installed and he took the time to properly weave wire to close up carefully cut holes around the water pipes. Seems like a simple job, but the attention to detail is obvious and we are confident he has fixed our problem. I will use this company again!
