Matthew showed up for a same day appointment (I contacted them at 10am and by 11:45 he was here!). We had an issue with our shower drain and it took him 10 min to fix the issue. Super professional, took all the COVID precautions seriously, nice about my lack of knowledge regarding plumbing. Will call Avant for any future plumbing issues should we have them! Highly recommend.

We had such a great experience with Avant Rooter! Our toilet was leaking so we called in the morning by early afternoon they were here! Matthew and Nate were not only fast but safe as well. Plumbing Technicians were Ivar and Pedro.

We needed to relocate our washer and dryer to the garage. We had several plumbers come out and provide quotes for us. Avant pricing was in the middle and our decision was easy after speaking with Jesse. His great attitude seal the deal along with his honesty & being up-front about about the pros and cons.

The project took about 1.5 days. Ivar and Pedro were quiet, quick and extremely clean with the work area. I would've never known any work was being done if I was not working from home.

My washer and dryer works great and am super happy with their work.

If there are any future plumbing needs, they will be my go-to! Great job, guys! Appreciate the fantastic service.

Super responsive and thorough from beginning to end, and will definitely use them again for anything our house needs. The front office/coordinator responded within minutes of my asking for a quote on Yelp! They didn't want to misquote me so they scheduled a free in-person consultation to look at the job specifics in detail (installation of a gas shutoff valve). Jesse, the technicians' supervisors made the house call and quoted me a very competitive price. The next day, Matthew came by to do the work itself. In less than 2 hours including the time it took him to get job-specific parts, he completed the work. I also really appreciated the text reminders and confirmations Avant.

I highly recommend Avant Rooter. I live in Huntington Beach and have been using Alfredo for a few years. Alfredo is an outstanding plumber who is knowledgeable, responsible, and has great communication.

I recently learned Avant Rooter is capable of much more complex plumbing projects. I had used them for servicing my tankless water heater and snaking my clean out. My recent problem required digging down and replacing my main sewer line installed in the 40s that had failed. This included concrete removal, tunneling, asphalt in the ally, and pushing new pipe under my garage along the path of the failed pipe without excavation.

I had 4 other plumbers look at the problem and received varying scopes and quotes, some of which were just plain wrong and would not have solved the problem. Alfredo from Avant Rooter and Anthony, the Branch Manager both took on the problem, properly assessed, and provided a timely quote that was also the best price. It is a rare day when quality, timeliness, and best price go together. I can happily say with Avant Rooter, that is the case. I have been in the construction industry a while and I highly recommend Avant Rooter.
