I rarely give negative reviews, and always give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt and second and third chances. However after the 4th scheduled appointment, and a 4th no show, with 3 of the no-shows not even calling or communicating in anyway to let us know they weren't going to make it, I can't recommendation this business to anyone looking for a reliable company. Surprising and disrespectful of our time to not even call or text us to let us know they won't show up within the 2 hour arrival window. 4 cancellations means having us on the hook for 8 hours of time. No follow up call, apology, offer for re-scheduling, or anything to make things right.

In addition, the garbage disposal that is having issues was installed and the job was completed by them a few years back.

Walter came to my townhome and gave me an estimate of $275 to clear 2 side by side bathroom sinks. I called the following day to schedule the job and was given a two hour window for the next day. I received a call during that time saying that the work was not going to happen because an emergency came up. OK, I can understand. I was given a two hour window for the following day. No show, no call. I called the number that called me the previous day to reschedule. She said sorry, I will follow up and get right back to you. No call, no further contact since.

I ended up having the replacement part already on hand, so he was not only able to assess the situation based on my initial request of service, but he then was able to replace the parts right away and get the job done. Hired this company to hydrojet a line and Jeff came out. Charged me $700.00 to hydrojet a 60' line. When I asked him to finish by finding the clog in another pipe he said that he doesn't hydrojet any lines that have a 90 degree elbow. He refused to finish the work he started and I had to hire another company which I paid $300.00 to hydrojet the line that had the 90 degree angle which he said was no problem. Why is it so hard to find an honest plumber? He also was talking on the phone with the office during our appointment complaining about other customers being a waste of time when they didn't get the work done with him. I also let him borrow my step ladder to use to get to the other side of the fence and he didn't even bring it back to the other side! He left is all muddy and nasty for me to clean up for him..... I guess I ended up working for him instead of the other way around.
What a waste of time this company is...they are just out to make the most amount of money with the least amount of work possible. He spent a total of 30 minutes at my house and got away with $700.00 and didn't fix the problem. He also wanted to charge me for additional work which he quoted me 7K for! LoL, I hired another company to do the same work for $750.00.

Jim showed up with his mask down below his nose. He took a look at the area where my basement had flooded during the rain. A quote never came. In the interim, a leak from my refrigerator was detected. He came out again and emptied the pan declaring it to be condensation. When it turned out that he'd misdiagnosed the problem, I called him out again and after the appointment time, I called to see what was going on only to find he was sick. Ok, we rescheduled for 3 days later and again he didn't come, I called, he was sick again and wanted to come next week. Quote never came for the basement. Very bad way to do business!

""Avant Rooter"" just finished repairing our kitchen sink strainer. The strainer nut was frozen solid and I could not remove it! I called them on Tues late and they were out on Wednesday as promised and on time. The technician
"" Evan Pearson"", was polite, knowledgeable and there was NO GIVE UP from him on removing a VERY STUBBORN Strainer Nut....he worked his tail off to remove and remedy the problem until it was completely resolved to both our satisfaction. Upon completion he cleaned up and left the work area clean and neat. In the future should plumbing issues arise we will no doubt utilize this local service. Thanks again Evan!!
