My Deercreek toilet's flush valve failed and the mfg did not have replacements and a two month wait period to receive them. They would not tell me a third party supplier to replace the valve with. Avalon came quickly, removed the failed part and went out to hardware stores to match it with another brand's valve. It works great with no problems. They got my renter's toilet working and took pressure off me and my renter since he has only one bathroom. The price was worth it.

Technician was unable to do the job due to lack of proper equipment so he gave me a discount on his fee. After I spoke to the manager he suggested a different piece of equipment. The same technicIan returned a few days later with a different device and completed the job at no extra charge.
Overall I was very pleased with the outcome and will definitely call Avalon the next time I have a plumbIng problem.

Just completed a complicated major drainage project that took several months to set up. Will, the owner, was fabulous throughout in working with us, the County, an affected neighbor, and subcontractors to keep the project moving forward and then to complete it timely and fully professionally. Ron was my service tech and he was there right on time, with his little booties to keep my floor clean. He asked lots of questions, which seemed to give him a good idea where to start. He's never seen a drain clogged like ours, but he kept at it until it was done, polite and professional the whole time. Totally recommend this company!
