Will and his crew were awesome to work with. Amazing, Courteous, Customer Service and a hell of a nice guy. I am completely 100% satisfied! I called Will, with a major sewer line back up issue, they were at my house that day to ""try"" and unplug it. I say ""try"" because it turned out to be a major issue. Long story short, Will, worked diligently to get the necessary permit, worked with my insurance company and with the sanitation department, dug a 12' deep trench, ran into unexpected, underground concrete that made the job harder than expected; but Will, and his crew kicked butt to make sure we could use our water and sewer ASAP. I would 100% recommenced Avalon Services to anyone.

I was referred to Will Feliciano by a friend who is a plumber. My friend told me that his friend Will is ""the man"" when it comes to having your sewer lateral line checked, as is required for all home purchases in Oakland and is a matter of negotiation between seller/buyer in your sale or acquisition of a ""new"" home. Will laid out the process, his approach, and then provided me with an estimate. He scheduled me into his next open spot, his team showed up on time, handled everything professionally and left my property as if they had never even been there. Best news is that I didn't have to replace the line, I wish I could guarantee that for you in my review, but you'll just have to hire Will and find out for yourself. Five stars.

We highly recommend Avalon Services. Will and his crew are top notch and very personable. We had a septic project that we knew would be a huge undertaking. We had put it off for several months because we were anticipating this project leaving our property a big mess. We even had a few companies tell us they wouldn't do the work. Will instantly put our minds at ease by telling us it would be challenge but he was looking forward to it.

Not only did he show up on time every morning, he and his crew cleaned up and left everything tidy before going home at the end of the day. They had to cut through asphalt, rock and cement, remove fencing and dig up a ton of dirt but once the project was complete, everything was left exactly how they found it. Even though it turned out to be a very laborious project, Will and his crew made it look easy.

We can't thank Will enough for being such a pleasure to work with. All of you folks out there can rest assured this is an outstanding company!

Will and his team were really exceptional and even though this was a job that threw some really difficult circumstances at them, they came through with great work and were friendly, communicative and professional throughout.

We had to replace a huge sewer lateral that wrapped halfway around the building with multiple turns. It went under a nice finished concrete patio and he was able to sawcut just one clean hole to access the 90 degree under the patio. I expected some cracks at the edges or some sawcut lines and there were none at the end. He also had to take up an extremely old brickwork path and they carefully laid the same bricks back down at the end. It was like they were never there. Totally exceeded my expectations.

We also had a schedule snafu that forced his crew to work on site at the same time as some electricians *and* another excavator and they couldn't use the driveway yet still everyone got along great and even my other contractors had kinds words about these guys at the end too.

Definitely exceeded expectations and I definitely recommend.

I appreciated his use of technology to conduct the inspection. After the inspection, he clearly laid out the options and provided objective advice on what direction to go. Our water heater started leaking, and it turns out that it was a very old water heater. The quote we got was a good one and it was held to, the water heater was changed out, and the work was professional. Will, the professional who came to help us, was very pleasant to work with and he knows what he is doing. It is no fun to have to get work done like that in an emergency situation, but it was relieving to know we were in good hands. That was one less worry we had to deal with. I highly recommend this company.
