Avalon came out to try and unblock a storm drain.

Working with Avalon was great right from the start. Front office did a great job of scheduling the appt and keeping me informed. The technician showed up on time.

Our pipes had filled with roots. The technician went out of his way to try and fix the problem. There was no cleanout built into the drainage system, so he tried multiple ways to scope where the problem was and use the jetter to try and unblock the pipe. He was here a long time, and you can tell he wanted to solve the problem almost more than I did!

I can't speak highly enough about the dedication of Avalon to make me a happy customer. I'd absolutely use them again, and I would absolutely recommend Avalon to anyone needing their services

We had Zach out at our house today and he was awesome. We've been dealing with an ongoing clog in our line. With (4) kids ages 5 and under we experience many of these scenarios with toys/items going down without us looking- This time around has been quite a lot of work to figure out. Avalon has been patiently and consistently working through the jam in our line. They used great technology by sticking a camera down to show me in real time what's going on. They went above and beyond to get into my crawl space to ensure what the pathway of piping looked like so that way the resolution was thoroughly examined before ""opening things up"". 5 stars all around! Keep up the great work.

Sam and Ronald came to our home to help us with our backyard drains. Sam was the ultimate professional and recommended we use the camera first to ensure we don't pay for anything more than we needed. I had a leak under my sink so I contacted Avalon to have someone check it out. It so happens that the previous owner didn't connect the drain pipe under my sink correctly. John came and spent a good amount of time trying to reconfigure the piping up to code. He recommended a permanent solution moving my drain pipe which required a bigger job to be done at a later time. I scheduled for the bigger job which was to be completed by another guy, Evan. John arrived with Evan to do a warm handoff before starting the job (which was really nice). At first, Evan attempted to try to reconfigure the pipes to potentially avoid the big job completely - which I did not ask for, he made this attempt on his own (looking out for me as a customer). He took some time but was able to figure it out! He Facetimed with one of the owners to review his work to make sure it was up to code. The owner commended his good work and the big job didn't need to be completed after all. They could've just moved forward with the original job a received more money, but they were looking out for me and saved me about half the amount I would've spent. I can tell this company really cares for its customers and treats them like people. I'm new to the area and I need a local plumbing company I can rely on. Avalon Services is saved in my phone for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Sam, Ino, Jonathan, and Will were an incredible team to work with. We needed to get our sewer lateral into compliance after buying our home, and from the first phone call with Sam, I could tell that Avalon is a straightforward, honest company that strives to do its best for customers.

In the process of shopping around, companies were only giving us quotes for complete replacement. When Avalon came to the house, they did a detailed exam and pressure test, and told us that the system actually did not need a replacement and just needed some repairs to get us to code. In the process, they saved us so much money and time, and as new homeowners, it was VERY appreciated! A special shoutout to Ino for doing the work on the sewer lateral with a smile, and leaving the cleanouts and area around it in better shape than when we moved in. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

We used Avalon Services for trenching, plumbing, drainage, water main and sewer installation. Will and his team were very professional and capable and did every task perfectly while showing great consideration for our busy commercial tenant's operations. They showed up when they said they would, they completed every step of the operation as described, and billed us accurately as was proposed. Upon completion, the trenches were filled and re-asphalted as if there had never even been any disturbance. We would give them 10 stars if possible! We highly recommend Avalon Services for any plumbing, trenching, and drainage needs!
