I scheduled an appointment with Richard to replace my daughter's kitchen faucet after reading his excellent reviews and I'm so happy I did. Immediately after receiving his call he was on his way, I realized I'd purchased the wrong faucet. When I called him, he said no problem, he would grab lunch and give me time to exchange the faucet. Also, the morning of the appointment, my granddaughter reported a plugged drain. Richard replaced the faucet and returned the following day to snake the drain. On a holiday week! And just in time for company's arrival that evening!

I seriously can't say enough good things about Richard and would recommend him without reservation.

I called Richard on Tuesday to replace a pressure regulator for my condo that I was selling. He came out on Wednesday and by Thursday everything that I needed to have done was done. He is funny, fast, friendly, very competitively priced, and he showed me exactly what he was going to need to do to replace the regulator. He also gave me great advice on other areas that the home inspector stated I had to have fixed. I HIGHLY recommend calling Richard, you won't need to shop around for a better price or better service, he's it!!!!!

Richard is ALWAYS available (no pun) ~ I have him on speed dial. I never feel like I am bugging him if I call ot text on the weekend or a night ~ he is always on top of it. Goes out to job site immediately and texts me photos of what is going on so I do not have to be there. Gives me options as far as the repair. He and his wife and kids have become friends and they are true blue. If you are looking for honest trustworthy people to take care of your plumbing don't go further than Richard and Christina at Available!

I cannot say enough good things about Richard with Available Plumbing. I have a rental property in Paso Robles, CA and Richard has come to my rescue on more than one occasion. Most recently, we had a gas leak and The Gas Company turned off our service. Richard scheduled me in for the very next day. He repaired leaks (plural!), crawled under the house, and then replaced all the gas lines for my 74 year old house. And in record time, really.

I am so grateful to Richard. He works harder and moves faster than any other contractor I've hired. He communicates clearly about what the problems are, his plan to fix them, and how much its going to cost.

He is just crazy good.
