Horrible Experience

They were the plumbing contractor my builder chose when we built our new home. I'm not sure who was worse these guys or the electrical contractor we had. They were unable to show up when they said they would, the workers were complaining about the owners of the company and the work they did was very sloppy. Pipes were set in the wrong place in the concrete, gas lines in the attic were not secure and had to be moved and their workers left cans and cigarette butts all over the house.

DO NOT USE AVAILABLE PLUMBING. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. I had a sewer line break. After a week of back and forth with this company the receptionist called to tell me it would be another week for them to get a trackhoe. When I told her not having working toilets and showers for two weeks and raw sewage backing up into our home was not acceptable, she began screaming at me. She screamed I could not talk to her that way and eventually hung up on me. When I tried to call back three times, she would pick up the phone and hang up. We called another plumber. Once he heard what we had been through, he sent a crew with a trackhoe and fixed the issue the same day. DO NOT USE AVAILABLE PLUMBING.

This company made many mistakes on my new construction, blamed the other trades for it then would not fix. Many other great plumbers in town, I do not recommend!
