I found this company on Google. Good review so I went with them. It to mention that their price was far superior to my other quotes! So glad that I did! The best air company experience I've had. Super friendly and professional. Job was done quickly and well!

Autumn air was sent to our home via our home warranty company to check and repair our A/C unit. The technician came by and told us we had a leak that could not be repaired and that our system should be replaced. Before attempting to contact the warranty company the technician immediately went into sale mode for his company to replace our system. He tried to dis swaying us by saying the warranty company was going to replace our equipment with cheap Chinese equipment and that it would cost us an additional 3-6K to repair and that on that system we would then have no warranty on it. They then pressed hard on selling us a new system to the tune of almost 20k. But after contemplating and reading the fine print of our warranty package to know that the 3-6K out of pocket WAS A LIE, we decided to forgo their new system. In doing so the tech wrote up his finding to indicate that the issues with our system was due to our neglect Again a lie and the warranty company is debating whether or not to cover the repairs. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY THEY ARE A RIPOFF!!!!!!

e bought an AC unit 2 years ago. Let me just say. What a nightmare. It has never functioned correctly. They blamed it on dust, its a mobile home, that I have 3 potbelly pigs, and the best was its the air quality in West Jefferson.. ok so we did everything they recommended. buy a dehumidifier, Seal all windows and doors, replace moisture barrier, replace ductwork.. all of this was done. still does not cool. within the first 6 months, repaired 13x with a condenser being replaced, faulty valves, leaks in their new system, of course it was a manufacturer error, never theirs.. We left a bad review last year and they didnt like that so they said unless we removed the review, they would not service it even though we had a warranty.. So its does not cool but house is warm in the winter. They are a HORRIBLE company. beware of spending your hard earned money with them.. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.... Also, found out that the refurbished unit that they sold as brand new is faulty and to top it off, they installed it incorrectly.. also thank you for the hole in the wall where your technicians put the """"new"""" thermostat that had to be replaced 3x in two years.. I sincerely hope you guys stop screwing people over.. People.. Run the other way before you waste your money and have to fight them to fix what they broke!!!!!!

they were on time respectful and explained the problem didn't like the news but the service was second to none! I loved the way I was informed all the way to appointment time!

They picked up contract with choice home warranty. After waiting almost 2 months to get my unit replaced autumn air ordered the wrong unit. Was suppose to be a gas pack unit instead it was a heat pump. Autumn air blamed choice for sending wrong unit even though chase said they ordered. Also it sat at their shop for over a week and it was never checked to ensure correct unit. Then they were wanting to charge me an additional 2k for a pad that was already there. Electric hookup that is already there. Gas hookup that is already there. All that really needed done was flashing. Chase has a bad attitude. Along with the lack of assistance to veterans. Didn't ask for anything Autumn air reps have no desire to work with anyone. Field workers were good to go.

This company is terrible. The customer service is nonexistent. They were sourced through my home warranty company. Autumn Air (directly) called me, (directly) emailed me & (directly) texted me the date & range of time they would come out. They didn't show so I gave them a call. Apparently they scheduled it for a later date but never informed me. I arranged time to be home from work for this. The rep I spoke to said the change happened at 6am that morning. I asked why was I not notified earlier & she didn't know. She offered a very dry apology but said I could pay an after hours fee on top of the service call if I wanted someone out there the next day. I declined & ended the call. I reviewed my emails & texts from there & when I didn't see any notification of the change I decided to speak to the manager. His tone was just like hers, dry. His response was that it was the fault of my home warranty company. When I told him I received these notifications directly from his company he glazed over it & offered another useless apology. He said that he wasn't going to argue with me (AFTER ARGUING WITH ME). I let him know that he was already arguing with me. I told him to get TF off my phone. Called my home warranty company & got a new company. Their communication is terrible, they don't take accountability & they don't make it right. Proceed with caution.

Autumn Air is efficient and responsive. Their technicians are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.

My home warranty company unfortunately paired me with autumn. They claimed to have fixed the issue but in fixing it created another which they did not tell me about and I only realized days later. They proceeded to have the audacity to charge me $600 for the job and reported the issue in such a way that my home warranty company would not cover it. They also claimed I have a mold problem, which may be true, but when I asked them to send me pictures of it so I could get a second opinion, they failed to do so. Would recommend avoiding this company if at all possible.

This company totally rocks. They had Charles come out yesterday (7/1/19) to give us a quote on a new a/c-heating unit. We had gotten another quote from another company, and weren't really impressed with the pricing or service/parts warranties. In truth, they were pretty bad. My son said Charles was the nicest, most knowledgeable man he had talked to in a LONG time, and felt comfortable with his advice and experience. (This is a rarity...trust me.) By 7:00 last night, we'd signed the contract, and the guys were out here at 2:10 today. We were told by 2:00, but I was fine with 2:10 (since that NEVER happens with anyone! I'm looking at you, Charter/Spectrum!)! They were professional, courteous, polite and extremely efficient. Wes, Collin (I hope I spelled that correctly!) and Brad were some of the most professional HVAC guys I've ever met and were super friendly and informative. It was soooo hot today and they acted like it was just another day and not a bit too hot for them. (The key word is """"acted""""! I know it was way hot. They were so sweet and just did their job.) I can't recommend them enough. If you need a new unit, or just service, call these folks. They're local (Pelham area, but we're in Hueytown), fast, and thoroughly know their stuff. If I could vote six stars, I would. I can't recommend enough.

This company come did a install crushed my duct damaged my ceiling left trash all over my attic charged my for parts not install broke a pipe and refused to stand behind there work all this for a over inflated price do business with Jeff Franklin at you own risk he company will rip you off did I say this company is crooked BEWARE
