Arranged for a service call for cracked pipe and backed up sewer. Plumber showed up and could not find cleanout which was clearly marked in the back yard and wasted three hours trying to locate it. Then attempted to auger line and couldn't get the auger to go down the correct branch of y-pipe. So went inside and used the cleanout inside the crawl space and releases sewage into the house. After successfully cleaning the clog, this plumber decided not to finish the job which required repairing the cracked pipe, and left promising to return the next day. When I called in the morning, I did not hear back and had to call back again. Finally heard back from an irate and rude plumber who said I made him look bad and refused to finish the work. I would not recommend this unprofessional and rude plumbing company.

Did not fix what I called about. Just said the packing nut needed to be tightened. Will not use again and would not recommed. The charge was high for what was done. It turned out to be nothing.

Greg showed up on time and evaluated a stain in the ceiling where previous damage took place. He suggested we clean it up and monitor since most serious damage presents itself differently. Greg could have just started tearing up the ceiling. A previous plumbing company checked our incoming pressure and said the reading was off the charts and we needed a new pressure intake valve. Greg and I took the meter reading together and it read just under the normal rate of 60. Autry could have pushed this to a much more expensive visit, but decided to have a long term customer instead. I trust Greg and Autry Plumbing.

I thought I had a water heater problem and would need it replaced. Found out it was something else and that my water heater was fine for now. He was very honest and did what was needed. Even got to my appointment early! Very much appreciate them and will call them again in a heartbeat!

This was a regular call, not an emergency call and plumber had no helper. Stopped kitchen line, lines had to be cut under mobile and replaced, maybe 10 feet. Plumber called and said ""really messy"" it will be about a $1,000, if you do not like it, I am leaving"". It had to be done, family of 7 living there, asked him to try and make it less. This job took 5 hours tops, that included 45 minutes to go get parts. Plumber called when done, said its a $1,000. I asked for bill before I paid, as this was about $180 per hour, plus parts. He said they do not give bills until after paid and ""he was calling his lawyer"". I had never refused to pay, just asked for bill first and also asked him to reconsider and make it a little less. Contacted supervisor next morning, he would only reduce to $800, I did not want a hassle, so paid it. Their ad says ""will do messy jobs at reasonable rates"". I was not treated like a paying customer by plumber. Maybe it was this particular plumber, I do not know, but rates are outrageous even for a messy job.
