The hot water heater in the home we recently purchased stopped working the day before Easter and we had to wait until Monday to work with our home warranty company to begin the process of getting it fixed. The first plumbing company the warranty company sent let us down by being completely unresponsive for a week after their first assessment visit. Then we were assigned Automatic Rooter. A technician came for an assessment on a Friday, and Junior came to replace the hot water heater two days later, on Monday (more than 2 weeks after it had stopped working). Junior handled the job very competently, was tidy and nice to work with - he understood our frustration of having to wait as long as we did and promised he would get the job done, which he did beautifully. We also found that the pricing through Automatic Rooter was half the price of what an earlier company had quoted us.

Horrible customer service. My home warranty had this company come out and the representative Junior was the worst. We literally argued the entire time. My cousin had to come over because he was talking crazy to me but when my cousin came he didn't say anythin so I'm convinced it was because I was a woman by my self. he was trying to get extra money out of me for everything little thin even the paperwork. I went with another company and they were 1000 times better.

I had water leaking due to a pressure regulator issue. I called my home warranty company and automatic rooter contacted me. The soonest appointment was 2 days later so I took it. These guys eventually showed up, and I could tell they wanted NOTHING to do with the job.

I showed them the leak. They said they would have to contact the warranty company to see if it would be covered. I thought the warranty company did that before sending the business to my residence?

Then they said I would need to move my workbench out of the way or they would charge me $250 to move it. I said I had no problem whatsoever moving it myself. They then said they had no phone service and would have to leave the area to contact the warranty company. I asked if I would get a call back. He said yes.

I never got a call back from him. Instead, I received a call from another plumber saying the service request was transferred because they don't work on this specific copper plumbing.... WHAT?!

I called Automatic Rooter and reminded him he said he would call me back. He didn't. I told him he was completely unprofessional and hung up. He called me back and tried to blame me!!!

I called my warranty company and had them excluded from any future call outs. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I would like to just say that this company and the people that work there are money hungry. First, trying to get a hold of anyone takes days. When we finally got a hold of someone to come and fix our leak. We got junior, who is the rudest person I've ever met. Our insurance company was going to pay for the job. Junior wanted to charges $250 dollars on top of what the insurance was going to pay. Mind you that the whole job is worse $300 and we know this because we called other companies out side of our insurance to see how much is was going to cost us. On top of all this junior was rude to me because I said I will go and buy the part you're charging me for. He got upset because he knew he wasn't getting his $250 anymore. This goes to show you what kind of a company they are running here! Go with someone else!

We have emergency water leaking. I have lucky to get Junior to come out and resolve the issue within same day. This is a guys that you can put your trust and he will resolved your problem.

No need to look any further! I have done the research from other companies and trust me... Automatic Rooter was far the best affordable and professionally. I was skeptical after getting so many other estimates and options at first. But Junior made me feel so comfortable. I relaxed and let them fix my leak. Took all day to finish this hard project but they got the job done. I don't want to mess up their names but the guys that did the job was such gentlemen. Outstanding staff and company. Junior thank you guys so much! Don't believe the negative reviews about them. I am one that definitely try to go with the best! Trust them. So glad I went with then after having 5 companies come out for estimates.

I called Junior last week because my toilet overflowed to my garage. He answered right away, and we set up an appointment on Monday. Before our appointment time, he gave me a call to make sure that things are still set. He arrive here a bit earlier than the scheduled time.

He has a very nice attitude, something that's easily seen even with the masked. He was receptive to what I was saying. While he was fixing the toilet, he was educating me about the issue and how to approach it in the future.

The pricing was fair. The service is good. They finished the job pretty well. There's a great warranty behind it. Can't complain. I'll be recommending Junior and his team to anyone looking for a plumber.

They came to my home today to replace my water heater. My technician Mariota showed up on time and was very friendly and knowledgable. He needed parts and went immediately to get them. He stayed until the job was done. Very happy with results. I would highly recommend this company!!

My house was built in 1929 and judging by what I saw I'm the first owner to take care of the pipes. These gentle men where affordable, prompt, and provided excellent customer service. I never have to worry about plumbing problems again because I know I can trust them to fix it without it being priced out of my budget. They came on Tuesday and snaked out the pipes but to fix it longer I needed to have hydro jetting done, they didn't try to pressure me to do the hydro jet immediately. I called them back today since I got my check and was able to get the hydro jet done same day. Very appreciative of their quality and honesty.

I've never been treated so poorly over the phone by someone I've never met. First of all, Junior does classic bait and switch and will never send you anything written. He's insolent and has major attitude, maybe because I'm a woman. He came on time but I don't live there. He then changed the price for installing the faucet (claiming it was because it wasn't a bathroom faucet, it was a kitchen sink faucet, then tries to shove the blame on me that I didn't TELL him it was a bathroom faucet.) When I held firm on the price we had discussed, he attempts the guilt treatment and then attacks me because I didn't answer the phone the first time he called. I asked him to call me when he's done with the job, and he replies ""well this time you better answer your phone."" NEVER USE HIM AGAIN!
