We had a failed back flow test. I called and they said they would send a quote for repair.

Crickets.

I called and they said they attached the quote to a different invoice. How would I see that?

I looked at it and told them on the phone yes, let's do it. And cc me on mail to Liberty lake Water and Sewer.

Crickets.

Later Liberty Lake water a sewer calls us because we have NO scheduled repair and retest.

They called Auto Rain and Auto Rain said they never got authorization to do repair.

Seriously? I'm done. They are fired.

Got someone else to do it quickly with great communication and it was CHEAPER.

Absolutely pathetic service! Requested a backflow test be performed as they accomplished the previous test with previous owners. Previous owners received a fail result and had the unit replaced. Received a fail after they accomplished the test this year. Asked how to proceed which they recommended a rebuild be done on the unit. I asked for a quote, the quote was never received and zero communication as well. Had two other company's perform said test, both with flawless results. This company is dishonest and has zero integrity in my opinion and experience dealing with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE!

They never answer their phone and take a long time to call you back after leaving a voicemail with them. On their last service to my home, the technician was very disrespectful! I overhead him getting extremely angry about the job they had to do and were talking shit about the homeowner. The person who is paying them to do the job. They had to come out twice to finish and within the three week timespan their hourly rate went up $4 without notice. I will not be hiring them again. Very disappointed in this company.

Auto Rain always hires top notch people to cone out and fix my sprinkler system. One employee especially is 'Edward' . He is professional, courteous and friendly. Give Edward a raise!

Knowledgeable, friendly service techs and a phenomenal botanist on staff. Calls are returned as soon as possible and the wait times for new work is usually short during most of the season.

Astounding lack of professionalism. They are contracted with our property management company to do winterization and spring start up of our sprinkler system. No contact to set up time to turn on. I finally had to call them to ask when it would happen the beginning of June. Miraculously, we just so happened to be ""next on the list."" They were supposed to call the day of at 7am to schedule a time. I had to call them around 9am and was given a two hour window, no problem. Upon coming home that night I fired up the sprinklers to find less than half working. A week later the schedule a time to come out. Again, supposed to call at 7am and schedule a time. They called just before 8am, no worries, and scheduled a time of 11am to 1pm. Low and behold, 2pm rolls around with no show and no call. They arrive several hours late with no notice. They ""replaced some sprinkler heads"" and guess what. Half the system STILL doesn't work. I get that mistakes happen, but how can you not check your work after not getting it right the first time. Absolutely do not use them if you want the work completed correctly and on time.
