The AC blower fan unit went out on my old AC system and Chris and myself called all around and realized that the replacement unit is 30 to 40 days out. In the middle of July in the inland empire, you cannot go 40 days without air-conditioning. Anybody that says you can is a big liar. After considering all my options, I decided to replace my 18-year-old carrier unit.

Called Chris and his team and they replaced my ac/furnace in the middle of July. I called him Friday first thing in the morning. He came out same day and told me he can have his crew come the next day to install a brand new unit. They arrived the next day at 7 AM and they were done by 11:30 am. Thats great service in my book. Price was also reasonable. Very happy to have AC again. Thank you Chris!

Chris Has been a life saver. It was a hot day in Southern California and my HVAC unit failed and he responded to me at 6am in the morning and was ready to come by at 7am where all other technicians were scheduling me days out. He was professional and explained everything very well and fixed the unit the same day. Let me repeat, no one else was available for the entire week including the company I had the unit installed from (we care/costco) where I have an active warranty with. Imagine living with no air conditioning for a while week. Chris saved the day

Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year yet! At 99 degrees with a newborn, getting this fixed couldn't wait. We contacted multiple companies but got very little response on a Sunday or we were told there would be a weekend fee. Chris at Authority, Plumbing, Heating, and Air responded to us very promptly and was on his way within a couple of hours. He was very professional and helpful. He gave us multiple options on what would help in the short term and long term. We will definitely be calling him again in the future.

Finally, a professional and reliable plumber! Chris was the first to respond out of all the quotes I sent out. He is friendly and has clear communication. I'm really picky about cleanliness. He showed up well-dressed looking very clean, put together, and professional-- including the foot covers for his shoes which I appreciated.

He fixed my broken toilets and unclogged multiple drains. He gave me a breakdown on his iPad of each service and the cost with multiple options. I've never seen a breakdown so organized and professional. Usually, plumbers just verbally tell me what they can do and I have to take notes on my phone.

Something that really stood out-- he went out and bought parts to fix my broken toilet. He installed the part successfully, but said he wasn't 100% satisfied with the quality of the part and went back to the store to buy something better. I appreciate his very high standards and the determination to go the extra mile.

He's very warm and friendly and is passionate about helping people. I'll definitely be recommending him to friends and family.
