We have used Authority Plumbing, Heating And Air for virtually every scope of their work. Each service has been an incredible experience. Most recently we had Chris put a mini split AC unit for our detached office. It gave immediate relief compared to the portable AC unit we were using previously. Incredibly neat install, couldn't have asked for a cleaner final product! Not to mention the plumbing fixes and the main AC repair. There isn't anyone I would trust more to handle anything plumbing, heating, or AC related.

The AC blower fan unit went out on my old AC system and Chris and myself called all around and realized that the replacement unit is 30 to 40 days out. In the middle of July in the inland empire, you cannot go 40 days without air-conditioning. Anybody that says you can is a big liar. After considering all my options, I decided to replace my 18-year-old carrier unit.

Called Chris and his team and they replaced my ac/furnace in the middle of July. I called him Friday first thing in the morning. He came out same day and told me he can have his crew come the next day to install a brand new unit. They arrived the next day at 7 AM and they were done by 11:30 am. Thats great service in my book. Price was also reasonable. Very happy to have AC again. Thank you Chris!
