Authority Plumbing and Rooter

Trying to find a good plumber, as we all know, is extremely difficult.

I recently went to Fergusons Plumbing and asked for a referral for a good, honest and trustworthy plumber that does residential homes.

They gave me a company called ""Authority Plumbing"", whose owner is Robert.

I reached out to Robert on his cell phone, which HE ANSWERED. Most of the time you call a plumber and we all hope they return a call, which by the way, Robert does, as well, in a timely manner.

I reached out to Robert to deal with our 1st problem which was related to a Water Heater Re-circulator. Robert came out, ON TIME, and explained everything he needed to do, while giving me the price, before he started.

The job came out great.

Our next involvement, several weeks later, had to deal with a clogged toilet and the replacement of that toilet. Again, I called Robert, he answered the call, set up an appointment, was on time and came with two(2) other people, Matt, his partner and Nick.

The clog was found by using a camera that goes into the pipe to see where it was and then to see the result, once cleared. As for reinstalling the toilet he needed to insert a flange riser, as the floor was higher than the area where the toilet needed to go.

ALL of the above was done, carefully, neatly, and as professionally as possible. Once again, everything turned out perfect and Robert, Matt and Nick cleaned up everything, before leaving. Nothing was left behind to do or to clean up.

You could not ask for a better plumber and only wish I knew of them 10 years ago. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ""AUTHORITY PLUMBING"" for ALL YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS/ISSUES. They are THE BEST!

These guys are great. This is a professional and reasonably priced plumber. I would use them again and recommend them for any job big or small!
