Highly recommend using Authentic Services. I had a plumbing problem which 2 other ""BIG"" companies came out and wanted to do unnecessary big time work that was not really needed, just to make for a big bill for the company . I called Sean, he responded right away and was able to come out the next morning. He identified the problem right away and new the correct repair for the problem. That day my plumbing nightmare was solved because of Sean. He was very helpful going over the job and explaining everything to me. With out a doubt if I have any other plumbing related problem Sean is who I will be contacting

Yelp is my first resource for seeking out professional services for my house. I look for companies that have several good reviews from local people who have done lots of reviews. A red flag goes up if I see a bunch of glowing reviews from people who have done just one review. I always solicit quotes from more than one contractor.

All that said, Authentic Services met the marks. The great reviews you see are well earned and well deserved. Sean came by and gave an estimate that was a bit lower than others, and more important, left me feeling very confident that he was the right guy for the job.

He came the day we scheduled, he got the job done quickly, he was very careful in his approach to the work and his clean up afterwards was impeccable. I would absolutely give Authentic Services the highest possible recommendation.

IMPRESSIVE! I will hire this team again! Sean came on short notice when we were having the worse Thanksgiving disaster with 11 overnight guests! After speaking to Sean I was able to stop panicking and focus on our celebration. Sean and his very competent, friendly team delivered impeccable service. The price was reasonable and remained unchanged throughout the process; no surprises. Sean and team was honest, professional, informative, reliable and reasonably priced. While i know absolutely nothing about plumbing etc, i'm probably a ripe candidate for getting ripped off, save common sense.
I was having a toilet issue and called authentic after getting 5/6 quotes.
We set an appt and they were no only extremely communicative but came on time.
Sean came, fixed the problem, the price was the same as the quote and he even told me how to self fix should the problem arise again.

Should I ever need plumbing services again there's zero question I would call Authentic again.

Sean was great, he was recommended by a neighbor. He was timely, professional and clean. He added two pressure valves and fixed a leak. He explained everything before he started. As far as price was concerned, I thought he was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone in Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs!!
