Spoke with Tony at Authentic Plumbing over the phone about getting a water softening system installed. He was incredibly nice and thorough and explained to me how it would all work, and proceeded to schedule a day to come by and take a look at my existing plumbing to see how installation would be. He provided me with a very fair quote for everything out the door and I agreed. He was out again within a few days for the installation appointment, and was able to work with my pretty stingy schedule which I really appreciated. Tony got the whole system setup and verified it was in perfect working condition as expected. He also warranties his work which inspires confidence in their practice. Happy I was able to get everything done in a timely manner. Tony was really pleasant to work with and I'll definitely be back for any future plumbing-related needs. Love the water softening system so far.
