Eddie is THE BEST plumber we have ever had. He is new to us and we have already used him to recommend and install a new hot water heater, a new customized toilet, and an SOS when we tried to replace a water filter and flooded the kitchen. A desparate call on the latter resulted in Eddie finding time on his schedule to see us the same day and to fix that problem. By day's end we had a new filter, a new turn off valve, and house water back on. And the hot water heater??? OUTSTANDING! Eddie is very quiet, polite, patient and exceedingly precise and competent in all of his work. EVERYTHING is done to perfection. We are already thinking about potential future changes to our bathrooms, and Eddie would most definitely be our plumber. Can't say enough about him. He also sends notifications of being ""en route"" and a text saying the ""job has been completed"". His rates are unbelieveably reasonable. In our book (and we are seniors), we have never ever had a plumber as great as Eddie. Highly recommend him. He's the best -- that's all that can be said.

Leaking hot water heater. I am so impressed with this company authenticplumbing 602-541-2361. Eddie not only gave me an estimate over the phone to replace it ,but he gave me a very affordable price and a senior discount . he didn't try to add any extra charges after looking at it. I have done this type of work in my younger days. I was 100 percent impressed with how professional and quickly he did this job. He pulled the old unit and had the new one up in running in just under two hours. He charged me just under 1,800 hundred for a 50 gallon gas water heater. The other company's like Collins who have been in business for over 35+ years wanted well over 2000 bucks. He is a newer company but this will be my first pick for my plumbing needs.

Eddie is the best . Much more thorough than companies we've used in the past , great attention to detail . One example was he changed out our garbage disposal and put in the new sink drain that came with it... companies before didn't even bother with that . He really cares about his work and that is a rare thing.

Eddie Castillo is great! I had hose bib replaced outside and bathroom shower fixture replaced/repaired. I asked if he could come back to install a new toilet, as well! We called around to look for somebody to help hook up our gas line to our outdoor barbecue grill. After calling a couple of places and striking out I got a hold of Authentic plumbing. The dispatcher wasn't initially a 100% sure if they did it but told me that the plumber would call me back to let me know. A few minutes later the plumber, Eddie called back and was friendly and set up a time the next day to come look at the project and give me a quote. He came the next day in the timeframe he said he would, gave me the estimate. He didn't have the part on him but said he can come the next day and get the Job done. He came in the next day and got the job done. Super responsive and professional. Was very happy with the job done.

I called Eddie in the evening about a shower that had a bad valve and could not turn off. He instructed me to turn off the water to the home and showed up right away the next morning. He wears shoe protectors and a was very efficient and professional, also calling ahead. I highly recommend.

Nothing like having your hot water heater go out; cold showers suck. Reviews do help businesses and customers find quality. Looking on yelp I saw a number of plumbers with good reviews. I wrote a couple down for my husband to call, he called Authentic and Eddie answered right away. With in a couple of hours after calling Eddie came by and couple hours after that we had a new hot water heater installed. Eddie was meticulous with his work. Definitely will use him again when we need a qualified plumber.
