This is the worst experience I've had with a contractor and makes me question the utility of Yelp overall. Expect to pay 3 times whatever Austin quotes you - once to him and then double for a qualified plumber to redo his sloppy work.

We had him do a number of jobs at our new house, including install a new water supply line, move a gas / water line, and install a sump pump / garbage disposal. Only after we moved and turned utilities on did we discover his gross negligence had resulted in a gas leak, carbon monoxide leak, and dishwasher flood (plug not removed from disposal).

He was willing to return to the house for the first few issues he caused, which aren't even mentioned above. Once I discovered actual safety hazards like gas leaks, I cut my losses. Do not hire this guy unless you have the time / energy to sue him afterwards.

I just hired Austin to put in the plumbing and hook up the fixtures in a new half bath. The process was easy from start to finish. Austin was super responsive and willing to answer all my questions. He gave me a reasonable quote and stuck to it. Austin and his team showed up on time, on the date agreed to and finished the job quickly. Plumbing is working well. I plan to use him again!

Austin is knowledgeable, a good communicator, easy to work with, and his work is top notch and done efficiently. I called Austin to install a new drain stack when we were renovating our house - he came out promptly to take a look and was very thorough in his analysis and explanation. Offered his experienced insight on a few of the issues we were dealing with. We ended up having him do the rough-in for the entire house in addition to the drain stack, as well as replace the lead service line that connects to the city water main. I will definitely be using Austin for future projects and would recommend him to anyone.
