I have used Rick for a number of plumbing repairs over the past few years and he is THE BEST! He always gives me complete information and advice. His pricing is reasonable and he has come to my rescue with short notice several times....and once Rick fixes something, it STAYS fixed!!! I really appreciate him, and I can't imagine ever using another plumber.

Rick was absolutely fantastic to work with, my girlfriend and I just bought a brand new home in East Austin and it has not been all sunshine and rainbows. From the second Rick picked up the phone out of the blue he helped us through a handful of issues right off the bat. He eventually needed to come out to fix a few brand new toilets for us and did so in style. His customer service and southern hospitality was second to none and we would recommend him to anyone who is dealing with any sort of water or plumbing issue!

Very nice guys! Had a lot of plumbing to be done including a pressure valve regulator, expansion tank for the water heater, replacing hose bibs plus syphon/back flow preventers, and fixed some bent tubing. They got it all done and had competitive prices.

Based on his Yelp reviews, I hired Rick to install a new kitchen sink for me. He could come soon, and his price beat a few other quotes I got. When he came, he found that the inner cabinet space was a bit too large so needed to be cut and he could come back a week later with his circular saw, fully trusting, no advance payment! He was obviously so competent, so highly skilled, so flexible, would do whatever was needed to get the job done, and the end result was excellent. And he and his helper were so friendly, we chatted nearly the entire time they were working! He has been plumbing in Austin for maybe 40 years, and he knows his business. He's the best! I have finally found my plumber!

Rick Lusk, the plumber of Austin's Best Plumbing, is the most expert, most reasonably priced, and nicest-to-work-with plumber whom I've ever known.
