Had scheduled Austin for a job a few days out. He never showed. This wasn't the first time I've used him and he was sent all information he needed.

Would have been 5 stars if he didn't charge me almost $400 for 20 minutes of work. To his credit, he was prompt, efficiently found and solved the problem (at least so far), and seemed genuinely nice. However, I don't believe his expertise was worth that much. His truck says ""free estimates"", and I thought he'd give me one before doing any of the work. Even when he broke the costs down for me, it didn't add up to my total. He had already done the work by that point though, so I didn't feel like I had a choice but to pay. If money wasn't a concern for me, I'd consider going back to him.

Avoid at all costs. He came to fix a constant drip in our shower and made matters worse. Now the water constantly runs unless we manually turn it off behind shower. He has missed 2 appointments to fix it and has called neither time explaining why.
