Did a great job installing our water softener overall. Unfortunately the interior of the softener was broke and really caused issues for us, but that wasn't the fault of Austin Plumbing it seems.

I so wish I could have provided a better review. I initially hired them to replace my water heater. I continued to have problems with the hot water after the installation and that led to 8 weeks of a very unpleasant and stressful experience with them. I felt taken advantage of. I didn't trust their advice, work and pricing. They ultimately replaced the shower cartridges. They measured them and ended up bringing the wrong type so had to come back again. they charged me more than I expected and when I asked for a receipt on the parts, they refused. I knew they are up charging but felt that they were charging my double what the parts cost and the plumber who was at my house for very unpleasant and threatening when I kept demanding a receipt. I ended up paying the full price and they never provided a receipt for the actual cost. I felt like I had already invested so much that I couldn't change to a different plumbers but the overall experience left me feeling unfairly treated and taken advantage of. I think they do good work but their practices are not trustworthy.

Fixed a plumbing leak in less than an hour that TWO other problems incorrectly diagnosed. I had originally believed that I needed to rip through the tile and replace the shower valve and all associated piping with the shower head. Codey was able to quickly analyze the leak and avoid doing any cutting saving me a ton of money and convenience.

Highly recommend Austin Plumbing and will be using them in the future for installing a water softener.

Monster good service from the two techs who responded to my call. Although the wait for service was several days, I figured that was indicative of a good service company. Someone who can respond quickly usually means that they aren't that good and has time on their hands. I can't recall the technician's names, I'm not so good with names, but excellent service I will always remember. Once onsite, they took less than 30 minutes to completely replace a 50 gallon HWH! The online estimate was provided with a $200 buffer. The bill came in at less than the median bid price. Meaning, they could have bumped the bill right up to the maximum of range, but rather, the final price was much closer to the lower end of the estimate range. That makes one believe that Austin Plumbing is a legit operation, deserving of my business now and in the future. I will highly recommend Austin Plumbing to me friends and family.

Austin Plumbing is awesome, and I strongly recommend them for any plumbing needs. After previous installation of the whole house water treatment system, we have an issue of low pressure to our irrigation.
