A couple of weeks ago I called Austin Plumbing (referral) and had them come out to take a look for me to see what the issue for my downstairs tub not draining was. Chesley (Technician) came out and did his thing and talked me through every step he was taking and we discovered the "root" of the problem which was just that. Roots had broken through the pipes and fortunately my HOA ( I live in a Condo) if responsible for anything from the Studs outward so they are not handling this major problem for me. I can say that Chesley was so super professional, very polite and not a forced polite either a very genuine man.  As a single woman, this is all very important to me, creates trust and that is huge!!!  From the quick appointment time , the courteous service from the phone call/appt to the service itself, thank you so much.   I have stored them in my phone

Ever since the big freeze, it has been so challenging to find plumbers that are willing to take the time to really identify the problem and do repairs right the first time.
Had a broken shower handle and could not turn the water off. Many companies state that they are 24hrs, but are not. Austin Plumbing responded to me immediately and was to my home quickly. It was a relief to know that there is still a company out there that does provide the kind of service that they say they will provide!!

The best rate I could find and the fastest turnaround time! I had to throw in the towel on trying to replace our shower cartridge myself due to a stripped set screw (I tried everything!). Chesley was professional, prompt
communication, and followed all Covid safety. Definitely our go-to for future homeowner woes!

Austin technicians moved a gas connection to accommodate my newly purchased range. Their estimate to do the work was half of an estimate from another company. They were professional and efficient. I am very pleased with their work. Excellent company.

Business owner contacted me very quickly to get me on the schedule in a couple of days, which I appreciated since it was my main line that was clogged. CJ showed up in a mask and finished the work promptly and throughly cleaned the lines going over it multiple times to make sure everything was clear. There was no price gouging considering the amount of plumbing calls that are being made after the winter "storm". The amount quoted via text was the amount charged and I didn't have to wait til someone came out to inspect it in order to find out the price. Many other companies couldn't tell me over the phone how much a basic clog cost. Overall I was extremely impressed with Austin Plumbing and will use them again for another repair.

Codi and Chesley did a great job! We originally called them to install a new water heater. They were timely, efficient, and very helpful! While they were at our home, I asked them to take a look at our Pressure Release Valve. The water pressure came back high during our Home Inspection. They confirmed the pressure was very inconsistent. I asked for a quote to have it replaced. They provided the quote in a very timely fashion and guided me on how to have the utility lines marked in my yard since they would have to dig. The icing on the cake is that Codi kept in touch and was very understanding when the City was delayed marking our property. Overall, we hope we don't have to, but we will be using Austin Plumbing in the future should we need to!

Stellar job by Chelsey and Codi. After dealing with Pipe Doctor in San Antonio and their excuses on why they were adding additional charges to their previous invoice without proof, I found Austin Plumbing after requesting quotes through Yelp. They responded quickly and had a better price than everyone else and excellent reviews so I hired them. They had automated texts for confirmations which helped a lot. We have terrible service where I am so texts help us a lot rather than constantly being cut off and having to redial. They showed up and not long afterwards they removed our broken water heater and replaced it with a new one. Even before they left, we got a notification saying they were done. We payed and we immediately got our receipt. We finally have hot water! It was also nice that they talked to us through the process and kept us notified in case there were any changes. Now we know who exactly to go to when we need plumbing. Awesome people. Awesome service.

They were quick to respond, exceptionally affordable, and the technicians were very friendly. They gave me an unbeatable quote for installing a new water heater in our home and stuck by their price after the job was done. However, I have to give 4 stars as they left the home without noticing that electricity wasn't being transferred to the new unit. We waited a few hours to see if it would kick on or need more time, but eventually had to call them back to take a look (same day).
