They canceled my appointment because they had a question (they now tell me I was never on the schedule). They had ALL the information for the service. I have backups in the toilets with visiting family (5) members not being able to use the services of the toilets/showers etc. And I find this out 30 minutes after the window of service (9a - 1pm July6th)
So I don't understand why they didn't call me.

We had been struggling with a problem with our washing machine plumbing for quite a while. At least one other plumbing company seemed to have no clue as to how to repair it. The problem was that the output pipe had broken off at the bottom and even though it was repaired, the water flow outbound caused the washer to stop or else the laundry room was flooded. Austin plumbing determined that the outbound water flow needed to be connected to some pipes under our utility sink and a vent installed. That sounded very expensive, but ended up being very reasonable in cost. I would definitely recommend.

I found them on Yelp and I had a few questions in advance of setting up an appointment and they responded quickly and setup an appointment to service my two tankless water heaters as well as replace a new kitchen faucet. I have used CJ with Austin Plumbing twice last year and he was fantastic. Prompt, efficient and courteous. I had a pipe break after the freeze in the garage ceiling on Friday morning. By 3:00 that afternoon, they had fixed the pipes and turned the water back on. Prices are fair and work is wonderful. I have 2 rental properties in the Austin area and will only use this company for all plumbing needs. I highly recommend Austin Plumbing.
