My water heater was replaced by Austin Plumbing and I could not be happier with the service I received. After getting ghosted by the plumber we had used before, I was very nervous about hiring a new company. The whole process was so easy, considering the unique water heater and space we have. The plumbers and Dana, the person who answered all my questions and coordinated everything, were all very professional. On install day, 2 master plumbers came, one checked out the space, began to drain the old water heater, his partner came by a little later and both hauled and installed the new one. Very respectful of home. They were finished when they said they would be and the water heater works great. The price was fair and they are now my go-to. I have already recommended to my family and neighbors.

It turned out our issue was one that was easily solved. The great part, however, was the quick communication when we needed a plumber when we reached out through Yelp. The whole appointment was scheduled through the chat and was really easy. They said what time they would be at my house and they showed up right on time. So, compared to how some folks out there who don't communicate and give you an 8 hour window when they'll be there...these guys were above the rest!

CJ provided exceptional service! He quickly identified and repaired our leak and explained why it had occurred. He then fixed our garbage disposal and installed a new faucet when we asked him if he had time to tack those services on (we had only scheduled for the leak).
