The team at Austin Plumbery treats our house like it is theirs. I've never felt pressure to make a repair that didn't make sense. When one of their team comes to our house, I feel they go above and beyond to make sure our plumbing issues are solved without spending more money than necessary. They explain what they are doing and I don't feel like they are trying to upsell me.

We first used them when our water heater stopped heating fully. Our old water heater had a problem, but was not completely out. I talked to multiple plumbers who did not want to troubleshoot, but only wanted to replace the water heater because of its age.

When Austin Plumbery came out, they agreed there was a chance the water heater could be fixed and said they would try that first. Unfortunately, the fix didn't work but I appreciated that they tried. And once we decided to replace the water heater, their cost was better than most plumbers I received quotes from.
