After seeing their postings on Nextdoor and finding positive reviews on Yelp, I was eager to use a neighborhood business and gave them a call to schedule a visit for a leaking toilet. Super accommodating to schedule and great communication for appt confirmation and before service appt. Travis and his colleague were amazing, on time and very courteous. Found the problem in a matter of seconds and completed the job in short time. Great service and VERY affordable and accommodating. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend.

Five stars for service all around. Office side of things as far as scheduling and communication is amazing. Getting text notifications is way important to me to maximize my time daily, so knowing when the person is on the way was fantastic! This is the first time I've worked with AustiPlumbery, and it went extremely well! I had a sudden conference call pop up during my scheduled service arrival time and they were able to work around it. My toilet was leaking badly from the base and it was completely fixed within an hour. Wow! Travis was fast, knowledgeable, and professional. I'll definitely use them in the future!

Four-and-a-half stars would be more fair than four. What now appears to be a simple mistake on a busy weekend led to a missed Saturday appointment. After a few missed calls from us, a late Saturday call and apology from Joe led to his visit and look at the job, and we agreed to a first-thing-Monday-morning job. He arrived before sun-up and quickly provided absolute TOP QUALITY work. His attitude and behavior gave every indication of a decent, conscientious and diligent professional we'd be happy to hire in the future. The initial problem and the company response to it may in fact give us more reason to hire this firm -- knowing they come through when things aren't smooth.
