Austin was recommended to me by a plumber that I know and trust who just didn't have the time to do this project for me. The project was to remove two toilets and replace them with two bidets that I'd bought. Location: Toro Park area outside Salinas.

I contacted Austin and from the very beginning, communication was fast and easy. I texted him a photo of the work area. Austin wanted to take a quick peek at the project on his was home from another job so he dropped by for a look, then we set a time for the job to start.

Austin was always here exactly when he said he'd be here. He never over-promised. And he had all the miscellaneous pieces that didn't come with the bidets aboard his fully equipped truck. He used drop cloths to protect the flooring and was always safety conscious.

Before the job started, I asked for a rough number of man hours necessary. In the end, Austin came in a little under the maximum amount of time he'd ball parked for me.

Austin did a great job and I'd make him my first call for future projects. I highly recommend him!
