I'm leaving this review after great service I received yesterday. I had a conversation with the guys about their yelp rating which surprised me. I have used these guys 3 times and have had nothing but good experiences. 1 Bathtub install for a remodel, 3 sinks roughed in, and unclogging a toilet 1 time. Dont remember the guys names but they were always friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They answered questions when I posed them and seemed knowledgable. Based on these yelp reviews I would not have called them but I was referred by a friend last year and Im happy I found them because they are way cheaper than other companies. I guess people arent as likely to leave good reviews as they are bad ones. I understand they are a smaller company so hashing out some business things may have taken them some time.

UPDATE: after having a 5 star experience th last time, I called Austin Bryan after a major leak from a toliet. They said They would be out the next day between 1 and 3 on March 15th 2018. Around 2 I had not heard from anyone, so I called. Left a message. Shortly I received a call and the technician advised I had been over looked in the system because there was an emergency and they some one would be there. Around 330 he showed up. He looked at the problem. We needed a new line from the floor to toilet, new toilet and auger and they would run a camera on the outside line and he would be back at 9 am the next day...you guessed it...no one showed. I got a call and he left a message saying that the boss wanted him on a big job and if I called him in the next few mins he would swing by. If not it would be later in the day. Ummm no. I waited around all day the day before and wasn't doing it again. I called the main line and left a message again and expressed my upset. Within 20 mins I got a call back. They came out around 1130 and did the work. However he said the other tech that was out the day before had the camera and he would be out in the next 10 days to do it. They said They were doing it for free because of the problems .
You guessed it....no one came back. No one answered my calls or returned them.
Oh we will address your complaints with services we will never actually do.
Sad. I was going happy with them the first time. Never will use them again.


I first called a big name company because we had a leak from our upstairs bathroom through the ceiling into our dining area. They said we had a tub drain needing to be replaced but we ""had a tubliner"" so they couldn't fix it. I got a hold of Austin Bryan Plumbing and they came out the next day. Come to find out we don't have a tubliner nor was it the tub drain. Our pipe had a big gash in it. They were very reasonably priced and worked quickly. Will definitely avoid the hassles in the future .

Knowledge, expertise, customer service, honesty, integrity, and any form of professionalism are COMPLETELY void here. Company was contracted for bathroom remodel--$3200 worth of work done incorrectly, owner did not pull permits as discussed, caused damage to walls/ceiling/newly installed tile in adjacent rooms, allowed a worker to bring a child to job-site who was left unattended, child proceeded to walk the house with a knife cutting/destroying various items, once water was back on the improper installation resulted in flooding. ZERO accountability was taken by the owner who once informed of the issue just outright refused to accept a phone call, claimed he ""stopped by house and no one was home"" however, my wife works from home-was never away from her office with direct view of front driveway, then finally texting his refusal to correct work or refund invoice amount for correction of job. After two other BBB accredited plumbing companies inspected installation it was determined not only was work unpermitted, it was not done to code, completely useless and outright ILLEGAL. All work had to be ripped out and completely redone by another contractor, all parts for damage caused to bathtub had to be repurchased, owner left atleast a dozen parts ""that were not needed"" in the box resulting in a very dangerous installation for which he then denied completing yet made accusations that supplies were not present, and then would not correct, would not reimburse for in any way. Save yourself, hire someone... anyyyyyone... else.

okay so we called this sorry ____ company we had a drain clog so we called that day no one called till the next day when i called them then eric said he would put us on his list then the day went by not seeing anyone or hearing anything then danuel called and said eric gave him this call about 3:30 and he was on his way well he showed up about 5:30 pm and he was done about 7:30pm now the drain is clogged again 1 1/2 months latter and for 4 days we been sitting in this house like we are in a 3rd world country if you know what i am talking about so if i can give you anything from this DONT use these people they are LIERS.
