Called a couple of other top rated companies, but Austex was the most friendly, so I decided to schedule an appointment. For now, I believe it was right decision and I was very satisfied with working with the company. Phillip from Austex showed up a little bit early and found the problem quickly. Fortunately it was just wiring problem, so the fix was simple. While he ran some diagnosis, he explained what he was doing to make sure I understood what's going on. After the fix, we tried to turn the zone on and off repeatedly to make sure the fix was robust. I scheduled another appointment for the tuning of my sprinkler system right away since I was pretty happy with the service. Highly recommend working with the company for your sprinkler problem.

So glad to find Austex Sprinklers. Alex, the owner, came to do the annual maintenance check on our sprinkler system. Called 20 mins before the appt time (8am), got here on time and took more than an hour to patiently answer all our questions and go over every details. We're meticulous about details (asking about each head..) and Alex professionally dealt with all. Fixing up a couple of minor issues was included in the maintenance fee and he adjusted/shut off some of the heads as we requested. He also showed us how to adjust/control heads and even called up a lawn guy to discuss our lawn issue. We'll have him come back to fix up broken heads and have him come back every year for an annual check-up. Highly recommend his service and highly recommend getting your sprinkler system checked up every year before something goes very wrong!

On a Saturday evening, I found an impressive but unplanned water feature in my front yard -- a pipe had broken. A number of businesses were closed on Sunday, but Philip from Austex came out and fixed the whole mess in about an hour -- for about a quarter of what I expected the job to run! VERY friendly, VERY competent guys who really seem to care about customer service. I will work with them again!

Austex did a great job at diagnosing my issue. I thought my control box may have partially died, due to only a few zones kicking on, but it ended up being a faulty wire. Due to it being an easy fix, I opted to keep the wire, and bury it myself. I am pleased with work and knowledge the company has. I will definitely recommend them to others, when in need of repairs or installations.

I hope my sprinkler system continues to work with no issue, but if not, I know who I will call again.

I just had Alex @Austex Sprinklers over to help me fix my old sprinkler system. He was here on time. He went through the system with me and explained a lot of things to me before I made the decision. He was never tired of my trivial questions. He worked very efficiently and fixed a lot of problems in 3 hours! He even showed me how to use the system and how to water my lawn wisely.

Alex and Austex do a great job. I have an older system and am in North Cat Mountain where the water pressure is never constant. Alex is good at communicating what the issues are with the system and related issues caused by the city. He and his crew are timely, courteous and charge fair prices. I'd recommend them for anyone needing some TLC for their irrigation system.
