My irrigation stopped working seemingly overnight, so I found great reviews on Yelp for Austex.
They came out this past Monday to work on the problem. Without going into details, I had a couple of issues with the visit which bothered me enough to call back. The receptionist was very
nice and said she would relay my feelings to Alex, the owner, right away. Within 5 minutes, he
called, and the first thing he said was that he wanted Happy Customers, and whatever he could
do to make things right, he would. We talked it through, and he explained the issues I had with great clarity, and totally resolved the situation in the most professional and gracious manner. This
is the sign of a really good businessman who cares about his customers, and really wants to make
them happy.
Everything is happily resolved, and I will be calling them again very soon to fix some other issues.
I highly recommend this company.

Logan came out, found my 6-7 weird little problems and bam! we're back in sprinkler business--assuming it ever quits raining. They also offer a 6 month guarantee for their repairs.

Robert from Austex Sprinklers came out to our home today to fix our sprinkler system that would not even turn on. It was not an easy problem to find and Robert stuck with it through some very humid and rainy weather. He eventually located a severed wire that was the connection for the entire system. He repaired it and returned the lawn and pavers to the exact same condition that he had found them in. Robert also took the time to explain everything to me. He was also prompt, courteous and extremely patient.

Alex came out for a sprinkler tune up and installation of a smart watering controller. He did a great job, fixed a few broken sprinkler heads and pipes and got out system operating perfect. He gave us a quote up front and stuck to it! Great service!!!! He will be our sprinkler service from now on.

We called AUSTEX out to fix some existing sprinkler issues based on the stellar Yelp reviews. What we received was one of the best technicians we have had come out to our house in Logan. Throughout the process Logan filled us in on various options we had that were different than what we thought we needed. In a few cases these suggestions saved us money and improved our setup. We ended up calling AUSTEX again and had Logan install a new zone where we added grass. I highly recommend AUSTEX and Logan.

I had an irrigation system installed at my place from Austex Sprinklers and couldn't be happier. The staff was courteous and accommodating. Alex is a true professional and a really nice guy. They will not except payment until Alex personally walks you through the system and makes sure you're 100% satisfied. They are a little pricier than the competition but, if you're like me, and customer service is extremely important to you then they are well worth it. The installation occurred during the wettest May on record in Round Rock and I was at my house when the crew was installing the system. To be honest I was a little worried about how bad my lawn was being torn up and how messy the driveway was. But after they finished, they made sure the mud was cleaned up and the trenches were filled. Now two weeks after the install my lawn looks great! I'm really excited I never have to drag a hose around again! I would absolutely use Alex and Austex Sprinklers again for any sprinkler related issue.

Robert came out to replace our clock that was fried in a thunderstorm. He conducted an efficient survey of my sprinkler system, describing the different types of heads throughout my yard, suggested settings, and made adjustments as needed. As others indicated, Robert was personable, professional and quite informative. He made sure he tested all sprinkler heads for optimal performance prior to leaving. The price was well worth the work done and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
