I really like this company and I am very picky! Anthony has come out three times. Every time I have been very impressed. Very professional, respectful, knowledgable and well dressed. The main office is very organized with appointments. This probably isn't the cheapest route but seriously, you get what you pay for. They do have fair pricing. I will continue to use their services. Highly recommend. Don't let the estimates scare you. You pay by the hour and they prorate.

Joseph was great - although I wasn't able to be there in person for my appointment, he was unphased. He worked quickly, provided an excellent explanation of what the problems were and how he addressed them.

I had called this company and actually had an upcoming appointment for service. There was apparently some miscommunication between the company and the young woman on the phone that caused me to write a rather negative review earlier. I almost immediately received a call from someone in management wanting to know the details. She was extremely honest and seemed genuinely concerned that this had been my experience. Austex handled the problem with great professionalism, which I appreciate. Im happy with my current provider, but would certainly be willing to give them another chance.

Just had Anthony out to repair a sprinkler system I hadn't used in a couple of years. I must say he was one of the most polite young men I have met in a long time. It was "Yes Ma'am" and "No Ma'am" every time. That means a lot to my generation. He got my system running, changed out a couple heads (at my request), set the run schedule, and explained everything. The price was very reasonable. I can certainly see why they have a 5 star Yelp rating. I will definitely recommend to anyone who asks and call them again if needed. Thank you Anthony.

I think i found my sprinkler guy. His name is Trevor and he works for Austex :-) Explained what he was going to do and did his thing ( cut roots , installed new sprinkler heads , adjusted heads, replaced heads, changed the timer to be twice in a day instead of just once on the weekly watering schedule so that there is run on water on a slope etc etc ). Very customer centric view. Highly recommend Trevor.

I could not be happier with the fix completed by Austex Sprinklers. A previous company had come in, looked around a bit, offered a few suggestions, charged me and left. Austex showed up, worked until they had diagnosed/fixed the issue and insured it was working before they left. In fixing the original issue they managed to improve water pressure on all the other zones of my sprinkler system. Additionally they instructed me on how to adjust the sprinkler heads. All-around a professional and friendly visit.

I called Austex Sprinklers because we had two areas on our property that were not working. Josh E. came out before his appointment time and got the job done, with all the paperwork, in the short amount of time he said it would take. I've never seen anyone diagnose a problem correctly in seconds, but Josh did! He clearly has a lot of experience. I'm always happy to contact Austex Sprinklers with any issues we have. Their techs always take the time to answer our questions and address the problem.

I've been using Austex Sprinklers since at least 2013 to perform an annual check/testing of my system at the beginning of each season, and to repair any problems that are found. They have always done a great job. Kudo's to Anthony Figeuredo who called to make sure it was OK to show up early for our appointment today, and for his polite, friendly and efficient work on the sprinkler system. It is always a pleasure to do business with him.
