Licensed plumber since 1980. My father ran this business for 32 years, and I worked alongside him. With thirty-seven years in the plumbing industry, I have worked in my father's business and four other firms. Before establishing my business, I managed a prominent plumbing company in Durham with a team of 11 in the plumbing department. The business featured both electrical and HVAC departments. This background equips me with insights that many other companies do not provide. I am the professional who arrives to help you, not an inexperienced, unlicensed technician.

Arnold O.I had Gary come out and do some work for me. He broke the shower head but fixed and checked the water pressure in the house, unplugged the toilet and charged me 180 dollars. It was expensive but I paid the bill thinking that his company motto ""character counts"" meant that he stood behind his work. When the faucet he worked on began leaking and I asked him to take a look for it, he said it wasn't his fault and he would charge me again just to come out again. Ridiculous. Character counts for far less than it used to I guess.
