The manager, Travis, was so helpful! I had many questions about my bathroom remodel, and he was so patient and gave me some great advice.

What a gem this business is! The service is way above and beyond. I requested to videotape a ""how to"" install a P-trap, etc. for my new vanity, on the spot, and what a video I got, plus an invitation to call at any time if I ran into difficulties. I did not spend a lot of money, to the contrary they helped me find an incredible deal on a new faucet, and all I needed to go with it. Returns and exchanges are a breeze, too. I won't shop at Lowe's or anywhere else again for my plumbing/electrical needs. And I get to support local.

I had a Delta faucet handle with a stripped screw. The employees there tried to remove the screw to save me some money, but even I knew they weren't going to get it out. They offered the right replacement and were very helpful!

Always 5 stars. Selection, service, advice, they are always willing to go the extra step to make the project a success. Been a customer for years and always thankful they are in the neighborhood. Don't drive yourself crazy in the plumbing isle at the box store, go to Aurora Plumbing.

Very happy with the service provided by Aurora Plumbing. We had a water line issue and was able to get someone out quickly as well as multiple options on how to deal with it. Worked specifically with Inosia and he was great at taking the time dealing with me and our landlord. He gave us the facts and quoted a competive price. We also are dealing with a water heater issue and Chris W also gave a great explanation of our issue and options. Will definately pick Aurora Plumbing in the future. Not fun dealing with plumbing problems so it is nice to have a company you can rely on - thank you!

Many, many thanks to Kevin and his patience with my Grohe shower valve challenge. It may not seem like a big thing to him, but it was to me, that he pulled out every model of valve they had in inventory and at the counter we compared many types with the obsolete valve out of my old shower. Success! Water to the house back on, shower functional again, and domestic tranquility re-established. Priceless!!

Aurora Plumbing and Matt have done it again! I now have the non-leakiest 2009 Toto Drake toilet north of the Ship Canal. In the past few years they've helped me replace huge amounts of old cast iron in my 1942 house w/ABS. When I first went in with my iPad pix of old cast iron I expected the ""oh crap, a [white-haired 70 y/o] woman,"" treatment I've gotten elsewhere. Instead, they looked at my pix cast iron & fittings from decades of others' remodels and said, ""Gosh, that's ugly... Here's what you do...and here's what to watch out for with this old plumbing [oakum, lead, etc.]"" They sold me the parts, and took back what I didn't use. I've installed and removed sinks, old Dispose-alls and even replaced p-traps and 15' lengths of cast iron from a backed up bath sink that shared a drain and vent with a hopelessly rust-clogged shower from below in the basement. I had to go thru the wall upstairs to saw thru the iron pipe but only AFTER strapping it to attic joists so it wouldn't come crashing down into the basement (thanks Matt!). This time I pulled a very heavy toilet to replace flooring but when I got it hooked back up I was plagued by a leak from the base that draining, dismantling and moving the toilet three times while trying a bagful of super new guaranteed e-z improved rings could not correct. Finally, I took my iPad photos to Aurora. On Matt's advice I put in a simple #10 wax ring and (here's the trick) buttered a spacer with wax left over from one of my failed attempts, then reinstalled the toilet, flushed... and the leak is gone. Since no purchase was needed, this was free advice. There aren't enough stars to give Aurora Plumbing. Thanks! (I'll be back soon for help with a mysterious hosebib.)

Crooks! They said, you need to pay 15+K to replace the line...needless to say you always get a second opinion! The other two plumbers said, just a small section needed to be fixed and it was under 3K! WOW! Always always get a second, maybe even third opinion!
