Aurora Plumbing is the most unreliable and undependable plumbing company. I hired Aurora Plumbing to do a large, several thousand dollars' worth, plumbing job at my house in The Woodlands, including quantity 4 tankless water heaters. Two of them, installed in the attic, developed water issues and dirty water leaked from the attic to the second floor ceiling and damaged the ceiling and the crown molding.

In addition to that, there were several other warranty related issues, including faucets and showers heads, and they have been paid money large sums of money for this.

Aurora Plumbing walked off the job.

We called Scott many times and sent text messages for weeks, and finally he responded and said that Aurora Plumbing will not honor any warranty work and the simple explanation he gave was "they cannot honor the warranty work, because it would cost them money".
And, they refused to do any further work.

I do not understand how this company can stay in business with that kind of attitude.

I am going to take legal action against Aurora Plumbing to recover my expenses.

Beware: NEVER do any business with Aurora Plumbing.

Thank you Aurora Plumbing! We had a leak from our ceiling air conditioner and Scott got us in at the last minute so we could turn on air conditioner. He was thorough and explained what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend!

I was initially very happy with Scott's service. He came out promptly and his price was reasonable for replacing a moen cartridge for my tub since we had no hot water. Shortly after I realized that now we only had hot water and no cold water. I called him to try to get it fixed but no answer. I left a message and never heard from him. I called and left messages for 1 week and never got a response.

So I turned to trusty YouTube and figured out how to replace the cartridge on my own. Went to the store and got the cartridge and the tool to remove it. Turned the water off and went to remove the cartridge Scott installed and it turns out that he put it in upside down.

It was an easy fix but something I really shouldn't have had to do since I paid good money to have it fixed by a professional, and I use that term loosely. So in conclusion if you want shoddy work and absolutely no customer service go ahead and give him a call. You're probably better off picking up someone standing out in the parking lot of a Home Depot.

Call someone else. We had a lot of plumbing done after Harvey and the majority has had to be redone by another plumber who is less careless and does things properly. Examples, took out wrong water heater for replacement, then when he reinstalled it, Scott rigged the fittings. Pilot light would not stay lit (He came out twice to try to fix it.) We called another plumber who said it was so rigged he didn't feel comfortable trying to fix it. Kitchen sink leaks from drain, disposal etc. Installed ice maker with no drain, leaked all over kitchen. New dishwasher connections not installed correctly (leaked), gas line for gas logs will not light. Yes, he will come back out and "fix" but why put yourself through the aggravation of cold showers, no dishwasher, time away from work or other pursuits, etc.

There is a reason these guys are the number one rated plumbers on Nextdoor....they replaced the corrugated gas tube running under kitchen floor to kitchen island gas range at a very competitive price. It was done the same day I called, and everything seems to be up and running! Highly recommend.

We called Aurora to repair a leak at the water meter. They were professional over the phone, gave us the lowest quote of anyone, and arrived quickly to make the repair. We are so happy to have found them. They saved the day and will use them again in the future if needed.

Had two other companies give me quotes, Aurora was 1/2 and 1/3 less the cost of the other estimates.The other companies I also found on yelp. Had good reviews. The quote Aurora gave me over the phone did not change once Scott arrived. They did not charge me extra for work performed after 5 pm. Work was done efficiently and professionally.

Fast, courteous service at reasonable prices. Scott was pleasant, quick and honest. I would highly recommend them. They make every effort to get to you as fast as possible. They are locally owned, so that is a bonus for me. Good honest folks.

I just used Aurora Plumbing and was very happy to say that they did a wonderful job! They installed a new toilet in my master bathroom, installed new faucets and replaced my old water heater with a new tankless water heater. They arrived on time, kept on schedule and were the nicest folks you'd ever want to meet. They price that I was quoted was fair and upfront with no surprises.

I prefer to use small businesses to service my home. I like that if I call with a problem they know who I am and I know who will be arriving at my door. I recommend Mark, Scott and Jake ( Mark's hard working apprentice/son). Call Donna 832-919-1605 for an appointment. These are nice honest folks.

I never write reviews, but their customer service deserves one. We are very happy with Aurora all the way around. Called at 8 am, the very nice scheduler said someone could come out around 3-5 that day. She called back a couple of hours later and asked if the plumber could come earlier....when Scott arrived he was very pleasant and professional. He fixed both problems....1 of which was a pipe in a wall knocking constantly when the shower upstairs was on and we had been living with that annoyance for 6 years because its exact location was unknown but he found it very easily and fixed it...His work was impeccable and the price was very reasonable! Aurora will be the plumbing company we use from now on! If only all companies had this level of customer service.
