We are in the process of working on a kitchen remodel, and we wanted to have a quote for moving the pipes back by a foot. We were quoted $1200 - $1700 to move pipes and vent the roof. Guess that is not in our budget! Our second request was to have three shut-off valves installed because they were very old and dripping. It was the main shut-off to our house, and the laundry room valves. Wow, $580 later, CO2 alarms going off, a drywall mess that was not cleaned up, and customer service that was so sub par. Three shut of vales in 35 minutes and the invoice did not even have line items for labor, parts, but just the total with trip charge. Ugghh...left feeling overcharged and definitely getting a second opinion on having the kitchen pipes moved. Recommendations: Look around for other another company first to compare quotes, and customer service ratings.

Highly recommend Benjamin, Carlos and Caleb - courteous, professional and did excellent work.

Benjamin and Carlos installed two new drains and sink hook-ups for our kitchen renovation. They were both exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. They were sensitive to the fact that we were living out of the basement during the renovation with two toddlers and found a way to access the space they needed to with as little disruption to our living space as possible. They also left the area cleaner than it was upon their arrival! I would welcome both of them back with no hesitation.

Caleb installed a new vent for our range hood in record time. He was also exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and responded to my questions with honest and knowledgeable answers. Caleb worked so efficiently and discreetly that I barely knew he was here (I work from home). I would highly recommend Caleb and will use him for any future projects.

There was fairly extensive plumbing repairs/replacement needed in a couple of sinks in the place.
Steven & Carlos showed up & gave me an immediate assessment & quote. They were able to complete this work within a couple of hours.
I admit that I do not know much about plumbing, but everything works great & it appears that they have done a good job.
When you call APC, there is always someone cordial who answers that you can speak with & set something up with.
I am pleased, again, with their service.

I broke my thermostat at 7:30pm and called A.P.C. They answered the phone, took my information and said they would call the next morning between 7:30-8:00 am, to let me know when they would be out. At 7:32 the next morning they called and said they would be at my house at 8:45. I asked for a ball park price and was quoted a very reasonable price. They arrived when they said they would, installed the new thermostat walked me through how to program it, oh and the ball park price was within a dollar of the actual price.
We have used this company now 3 times and I can't say enough about how fast friendly and professional they are. They say and do exactly what they say they will do.
I called a competitor after I first called them, the competitor advertising on KOA constantly with on air personality plugs, and as usual when I called they wouldn't come close to giving me a dollar amount.
I love A.P.C. Plumbing and the gentleman who has been to our house twice, named Steve, is fantastic. Call A.P.C. For your plumbing or heating/air conditioning needs!

APC was both affordable and prompt at helping my solve my plumbing problem.

Steve came out to my house to fix a rather complicated issue. He worked his butt off for 4 hours sweating and having to be in the most uncomfortable position to do it.

Steve was very courteous. I feel that he's a very friendly and honest gentleman.

The quote I got I felt was fair and reasonable compared to Brother's Plumbing's outrageous bid. I won't ever be using their service.

Thank you for the good service. I know who I'm calling in the future if/when I have a plumbing problem.

Had them replace a PBV for my sprinklers while I was at work today. The work was fast and I have no complaints there, but they charged my wife $340 for the job. Maybe I am missing something but without an itemized bill I'll never know. Still seems a little steep to replace a $60 part that took the guy less than an hour to complete.

I had APC Plumbing Company come and fix a heater on November 5th 2014. The price that was quoted was outrageous and after a few weeks my heater stopped working well yet again. This isn't even the big problem.

The big problem was when I received a call on January 30th asking for payment. I asked why they were just now trying to bill me 3 months later and the reply their reply was that the end of the year is crazy for them so they were just now getting to it. I then asked for an invoice since it had been so long and they sent me an invoice that just had the total and no break down. When I then asked for a managers information, the story had changed to it being my fault due to the card not going threw. I asked for records of when they tried to charge my card and they were unable to provide this. And was given yet another excuse on why they could not show me this (they said that they had lost all records). I could not believe the customer service is this bad. If my card was declined the day of (which wouldn't be possible knowing the amount on my CC) there should not have been this problem. And if they tried to run it multiple times before this, then why would they call me 3 months later?

I have yet to hear from a manager. I will never use this company again!!! I advise you look else where unless you want the same headache...3 months later.

Poorly run company! No friendy owners... The work was completed and the system works, I guess.... At least we haven't had any leaks on a zone valve installation, however one valve is broken and just clicked all night long. The plumber gauged my wife and up charged $400 for a $75valve. We wanted the valves installed ASAP because the weather was changing and we have a 2 week old and 2 year old. The owner of the company cannot be reached and the receptionist in not helpful.

APC is the best in the city! How do we know this? Because we've done business with other plumbing companies for decades -- many of whom let us down due to odd business practices or ethical issues. Having found APC has been a breath of fresh air! They handled everything -- a MASSIVE job we had -- and they were the most professional, knowledgable, on-time, experts. Very conscientious about cleanliness in the aftermath of their work. Their attention to detail was outstanding. In sum, we have found a plumbing business whom we can TRUST implicitly: A to Z.

Buyer beware! Called Aurora Plumbing to trouble shoot a furnance problem. Technician arrived, I described the problem, in literally 5 minutes technician determined a faulty part required replacement and quoted $300. I Googled the part while he went to the truck to retrieve part, discovered it cost $8.52. When I challenged the fee here is his breakdown; service call $39.95, part $8.52, labor $251.53 for approximately what would have been 20 minutes of time including writing the invoice. I fired him and Aurora Plumbing. This is an egregious company that takes advantage of customers experiencing distressful circumstances so I caution everyone to avoid Aurora Plumbing. My cost to replace a ""plug & play"" part including overnite shipping $20.02.
