Thank you to Aurisano for saving the day. I needed someone ASAP for a leaking hot water heater. They came out right away and had us up and running in no time. He worked so neatly and even cleaned up the water. Their price for an emergency call was very reasonable. I sort of hope to have more plumbing issues just so I can call them again, just kidding

I found Ralph on Yelp after coming home at 8pm to find that my boiler was pouring water into my flooded basement, leaving me without hot water or heat. After calling several other plumbers that my neighbors recommended (...and being on the verge of a mental breakdown because nobody would answer the phone at 8pm), Ralph answered my call right away, had me send pictures of the boiler and knew exactly what the problem was. Ralph spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me, walking me through step by step how to turn off the water from the boiler. Although he didn't have the part to fix it that night, Ralph was at my place first thing in the morning and his crew had it repaired within a couple of hours. I had a great experience with Ralph and would use Aurisano & Sons again in a heartbeat.

I was connected to them via crew2 and home depot. They messed up the first appointment and called a night before to cancel. However, once they showed up a few days later, they installed the water heater that is not working. They left by asking us to wait one hour and it will work, we waiting few hours and nothing. We called them back but they asked us to do some troubleshooting on the phone and in the end, said its just a malfunctioning water heater. They don't want to come back and physically check if it's broken or not. This has been one of the worst experience I have had with plumbing. I am an understanding person and a polite explanation would have been ok but they were not helpful at all! Do not recommend!

I'd love to leave a great review like many other people, but that's tough since I couldn't actually get them do any work.

I called them a couple of weeks ago to talk about having a gas line run up to my kitchen so I could install a gas oven. The person I spoke with on the phone was perfectly nice and professional, and said they'd be out the following day to take a look and go over pricing.

A 5:30pm the next day, I called to ask if they were still planning on coming. The technician apologized and said he was running late on other calls, and wouldn't be able to make it. He sounded pretty busy and asked if I could give him ""two seconds."" I said that was fine, and the line disconnected.

I assumed he'd call me back in a bit to reschedule, but he never did. I called them the following day, and they apologized profusely, and said they'd definitely be able to come out the next day, and we set an appointment for 2:30pm, which they again said they'd definitely make.

So of course the next day, 3pm rolls around and no one has shown up. I texted and called, and never got any kind of response.

I understand people get busy and things have to be rescheduled, and I also understand that sometimes a business just has so much work going on that they can't take a new client, which is fine, but just tell me that so I don't sit around twiddling my thumbs for no reason. I actually had one company straight up tell me they had too high of a workload, and I'd be better off going somewhere else. I respect that.

Don't say you'll definitely come by, then not show up, then not answer any calls or texts.

Seriously A+ service. Ralph & Tony were both extremely friendly and professional. They came within hours of me calling and addressed my issues right away. They made recommendations on everything we needed to do that was outside their scope. I really appreciated their time and work and will be my go-to plumber/hvac guys.

Ralph Aurisano was a great find - came and gave a quick free and fair estimate and started the job a few days later. It was a multiple component plumbing job - kitchen faucet, new bathroom vanity and faucet, pump for basement and replacing a leaky ceiling pipe in the basement. Ralph and his brother arrived on time and began quickly. He is a very neat and organized worker who tackled each job and obviously is well trained as a master plumber. The vanity and faucet gave him problems through no fault of his own - bad precut holes for a three piece faucet on the sink - but he worked diligently to solve the issue in creative ways - despite having to take apart the sink several times he never lost his determination and stuck with t until the issue was resolved and the sink functioned perfectly. Despite the problems, all work was competed in the time promised and he and his brother did a great clean up and communicated very well with me throughout the job.
I thanked him and Anthony and I would quickly and enthusiastically recommend them without any reservations for your home plumbing jobs!

My wife got a recommendation from a local online group and we had an appointment today and no one showed . Even worse no one called to say they were delayed or had to reschedule . I wouldn't recommend wasting a day waiting for them . Look elsewhere!!

I'm a new homeowner and I called Aurisano & Sons to do a plumbing repair. Ralph came by my home to repair my main house water valve, which was leaking. He's a cool guy and took his time answering all of my questions, with detailed explanations. I don't know much about plumbing, but I felt like Ralph was being honest and open and you can tell that he really cares about his craft. Prompt, clean and courteous. I'm definitely going to use him in the future for my plumbing repairs.

I used this plumber recently for a problem I was having with my heat at home. The owner, Ralph, actually came himself and explained the problem. I finally didn't feel like I was getting ripped off like every other contractor that came to my house. I even referred him to my friend that needed a new boiler and she said his price was better than the 2 other companies she had spoken to. Ralph did the job for her right away, after he fixed my baseboards. I'd continue to recommend him, hence this review I'm writing. Thanks again!!
