Could be better. Ended up costing me more than it should have. I ended up paying them twice on my AC system within a week. The first guy said the system was old and he tried to clean out the condenser with a garden hose and said there is nothing more he can do. The second guy from Auman Co. said the first guy never checked the Freon and it was low. The third attempt with my AC system led to the technician not showing up when they said they would. After enough of the runaround I tried to get quotes on a new system with them and they never got back with me. So I had to pay the standard service rate, then I had to pay another service rate plus the weekend ""On-Call"" rate. I finally had enough and called another company who found a small Freon leak. I decided to upgrade anyway and had them replace my entire system.

First of all, receptionist is very nice. The young man that came and fixed my problem was just a very nice young man. I too will never use any other plumber. The work he did was in my ugly basement but he made sure to leave everything spotless when he left. This review should get 10 stars!!!
