Read all the reviews which sounded good so I hired Carl. But unfortunately I had a bad experience with him. He was very hasty in his work and badly scratched the tub I asked him to work on with his equipment. He offered to pay to have it fixed but this just added to all the other problems I had to fix. Would not recommend him.

Carl is the best plumber that I have ever met. He has done a number of small fixes for me here in Novato, and last year sold and installed a new hot water heater for me. He does not gouge on prices, communicates well, and is very straightforward. I just had to call him again, (Oct 2013) about a small leak, and instead of coming out to my house, he told me how to fix it! It took all of 30 seconds, and he saved me a bill for his services. I highly recommend Carl to anyone. He is skilled vendor, with a very high level of integrity.

Talked to Pam at about 8am, Carl was there at 10am. Wow, 2 hours when I was expecting 2 days (or 2 weeks!). What I thought was a leaking drain turned out to be old, bad, shoddy set of plastic pipes and connections. Carl to the rescue, fixed it all for less than I thought it would be. ABSOLUTELY recommend him!!!

We needed to replace two old toilets with two new ones. Carl showed up exactly on time. We got the new toilets installed for a very fair price and in a short amount of time...Prompt service, quality work, fair price and very, very cheerful attitude!!!!!
HE is totally professional, beyond honest, confident, efficient , super friendly and pleasant!
