Terrific plumber and terrific guy! We've hired a series of different plumbers since we bought our home, but never really felt comfortable with one before. Carl not only fixed our problem quickly and inexpensively (jammed garbage disposal), but he taught me how to fix it the next time my kid throws a penny down the sink! Really pleasant and professional. We have finally found our plumber!

Called on a Monday morning, spoke with Pam. I asked that somebody come by before 1pm. Carl came around 1230. He was friendly, and worked quickly. Fixed a clog in a bathroom sink. Good price. I'd hire him again.

Called two plumbers who never returned my call to install a bathroom sink. We thought it would require moving the P trap. Carl came out within the hour, pulled off the old pipe that had been glued on, installed a new nipple from the wall and showed us how to hook up the rest. He was happy, courteous, informative and assured us we didn't even need a plumber after showing us exactly what we should do to finish it off. He was there perhaps less than half an hour, couldn't have been more helpful and charged a modest amount for his parts and time which I was relieved to pay. We were dreading the multiple hundred dollar hook up charge expected from most plumbers. We asked about the possible leaking icemaker and he gave us advice on that as well. Carl was recommended by another plumber by the way and he will always be our go-to guy. Call him first!

A few years ago we had a leaking water heater. Augusto came out, and without a detailed examination told us we needed a new water heater. I got a second opinion, and it turned out to just need a new outlet valve for very low cost. It is still operating today.

Sink clogged - called in the morning - he was here by 12:45 the same day. Totally professional - reasonable price - fixed the problem including replacing some of the pipes I messed up trying to fix it myself. $110 total, including all the parts and labor. Very fair, fast, good - what more could you ask for?

Our water heater had a leak which had managed to pool and form a white crust on the floor. We assumed the worst. Carl was prompt, courteous and diagnosed the problem right away as a leaky drain valve. He did not try and push a new water heater on us which were worried about. I was concerned about a funny smell after he had left and thought gas leak (I know, I know, I worry a lot). It turned out to be nothing but he came back anyway to check the valves at no extra charge. I appreciated the added service to ease my mind. I would highly recommend Carl for troubleshooting your plumbing needs.
