Chris and his team were hired by my contractor to install HVAC units. It took months to get the equipment. Not sure why. But the job site was still ongoing so I wasn't too worried. It's been over 4 months since the units have been installed. They still don't work. I'm concerned. There is a ""part"" that was broken and back ordered. What?! For 4 months??!!! Chris has said he would be out a half dozen times. He no-shows every time. It is an 1:15 drive for me to be left standing there.

My rental apartment units are now done. I have tenants starting. My HVAC is still not done. I am hiring another contractor to finish the job. WARNING. DI NOT USE AUGUSTO PLUMBING.

Our bathtub faucet was dripping and with this drought I wanted to take care of it ASAP. The large company that came out couldn't get to it for a week or so, so I tried a smaller local company. They were able to come out right away but made the drip much, much worse. We were told they could put a new single handle Koehler valve two days later and it was a good price quoted. I called the night before to make sure the part had arrived as I had to take a day off work to be there. I did not get a call back so I took a chance and stayed home. The two guys did come and seemed competent but when they came and told me at noon that they were finished I was very surprised as we were told it was a full day job. I was even more surprised when I saw that they had put in a cheaper three handle faucet and not the single handle Koehler as promised. The faucet was not dripping at least. When they left I discovered that they had tracked black stuff on my carpet through out the house. It was hard to get out. My husband called the company to complain and was told they didn't know the Koehler faucet was supposed to be installed and they would get back to him. They never called back. Of course. Beware of these guys.

I'm a 60 year old woman with disabilities these guys waited patiently until I got their way. They did an amazing job.
Polite gentlemen explained everything they were doing . I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services..

We used them a number ot times before this and had the sons crew install a water heater. I asked before he came out about a permit, said do not need it. asked about a basin for the water heater to catch a leak, don't worry about it, asked about a stand to get if off the floor, response ""'don't need it'. Asked the people who worked for him to put those items on since I had bought them and knew they needed to be installed..
Gave the owner the payment and the city's permit application I filled it out for him and asked him to sign and send it back so I could get it permitted.. This slug has avoided the inquiries three times by me and one request from my wife.we even called his farther, which produced no response nor the signed permit.
This guy has no business sense other than do the job, get his check and disappear.. the workers did a good clean install, but the owner on the other hand cannot be trusted to produce the documentation needed to complete the job... AVOID IF YOU NEED A PERMITTED INSTALL..

I contacted Augusto Carl J Plumbing and said my hot water heater may have to be replaced as I am only getting hot water for a short time. He stop by our home to check it out. He noticed that I had turned the setting down and never turned it back up after returning from vacation. He turned up the setting where suppose to be and now we get plenty of hot water. He could have said it needs to be replaced. Hard to find honest people these days. I highly recommend Carl.

this morning i found out my water heater was leaking and called augusto plumbing. within a half hour i had a call back and within the hour carl and his assistant were at my door. they assessed the problem and immediately set to work. excellent, fast and efficient work had the new water heater completely installed in a matter of hours and i was able to run my dishwasher by noon! i completely recommend their work. thank you carl!

Augusto plumbing does not stand by its work and is very unresponsive to complaints. We had a bathroom remodel that had a crack in the slab shower enclosure when the work was done. Chris Augusto initially said they would contact Eric the subcontractor but then stop answering calls and texts. Finally, we had to hire another company to redo the remodel and are now trying to get reimbursement. I do not recommend.
