This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The manager is RUDE and unprofessional, I would not recommend to my worst enemy. They are overpriced and do a half assed job. Never will I use this service again.

Horrible company! Caution!!! We were re-doing our master bathroom & Robert Augustine was hired to do the job; however he fell short on time and quality of work. No adherence to schedule & toward the end he took another draw & didn't return to fix/ finish the work, so thousands of dollars were stolen. It was weeks of needing more money with no progress or having to redo things because he failed do things right the first time... spinning in circles. When fixing his work with another contractor, we found his work had 4 leaks and we had to take walls back down & fix. He takes any short cut he can & does not have integrity with his work. Oh & did I mention he's extremely sloppy & took tools to use out of our garage without asking? Who does that...? Strongly advise against hiring him!

Said there is a warranty for his work, but is not picking up the phone or responding to text, when the fix did not hold and leakage started again the very next day.

Luckily, I had saved this plumber's card and when disaster set in with leaky pipes in the attic, I called for his help. He gave me an estimate for the repairs and arrived later that day. The work was completed that night and his charge was exactly what he had estimated. Very fast & very honest!

Had a nasty problem with sewer. Got several estimates and his was near the lowest. They started that afternoon and worked until dark, came back early the next day and completed the repipe. I called him the following week about changing out the fixtures in both my bathrooms and he did super job. P.S. He sure is fast.

Needed help with sewer drain backing up in house. Called one of those plumbing companies you see advertized on tv and OMG. They were professional but the quote was $5500. Called two other plumbers and got some iffy quote from one guy and got a quote from this fellow for $2500 and guaranteed his resultsl. Hired him to come, he arrived the same afternoon, as promised and worked 8.5 hours into the night. Did the repair as promised and we are very happy with results. This is small family business, his wife is one of his helpers! Asked why his prices were so much less than some of the others, he explained his conscious wouldnt let him fleece customers. I highly recommend him.
