They destroyed my walls, improperly installed my walk in shower. Said they've been trying to contact me to resolve this but I have no missed calls or messages. They answer reviews and say I should get ahold of them. I think good customer service should be them calling me. Beware

I am totally disappointed and will not use this company again. I was having issues with my Furnance. Service man opened an air exchange vent which got rid of error code, in less than 15 min. I was told, over the phone, I would be given an estimate of the cost prior to any work done. I asked and was not provided with a cost. Service man said since he did not take out any tools, there may not be a charge. He called the office, came back and said I owed $189 for the service call. I understand I needed to pay something for his time, which was less than 30 min, but $189 just didn't seem fair. Service man was kind enough but...really??

The service and friendliness of all the employees is outstanding. I had an unknown water leak in my basement and Derek came over and found the leak and completed the repairs quickly and at a good price. I will always recommend Augusta Plumbing.

We have always had such great service with Augusta Plumbing and Heating. Today was no exception. Our hot water heater went out on Saturday. I sent an email over the weekend because they were closed. By 8:10 Monday morning, I got a call from them scheduling a technician for Monday afternoon. I anticipated waiting until the end of the week for the new hot water heater, but they showed up with it and installed it today! We are so thankful for the great service and exceptional work by this company.

This company was wonderful. We had a frozen pipe and had to shut down the water to the whole house. They were polite and got here as soon as they could. They were very knowledgeable and we really appreciated their help. Would certainly use them again!

Had Augusta Plumbing replace a water heater. They charged me $1,328. for the water heater and install. The water heater was a Home Depot model priced at $419.00. I called Home Depot to see what they would charge for install and they quoted a price of $1,018.99 with the water heater and that was having Augusta Plumbing install for Home Depot. Augusta Plumbing is a sub contractor for Home Depot but if they do it on their own they charge more even though I live 4 minutes away from their shop. Called their office to ask about the price difference and was told they would give me a discount if I wrote a 5 star review for them. I also never received a receipt for their services which I specifically asked for. Now they don't even return a phone call. I just wanted an honest answer and a fair price.

Very saddened by the unprofessionalism and lack of communication skills from Augusta Plumbing. I was quoted for what was supposed to be a day and a half's worth of work at $1500.00 which turned into and unexpected surprise of actually only a half of days work (which would normally be great) but was charged the full $1500.00. (-$100) Because Matt and I both know he messed up. My upstairs toilet has never ran and trying to blame that was terrible in his part. After all said and done his did not even guarantee his work! We are selling our house and he said the kitchen sink may leak but should ""hold up through the sale"" I called the office and the response I got from Kathy when asking to explain the bill was you'll have to wait until tomorrow. Our invoice is just a brief description of what was done, nothing itemized as it should be. Here we still sit with no answers from Augusta Plumbing. Horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone!
