Raymond and his crew were the best! This was very complex and difficult job. And under some of the most unpleasant working conditions. All of the work was in a crawl space with about 18 inches of clearance from the joists on a very hot day. They spent most of the day in that crawl space. I didn't hear any complaining, although it could have been justified. The job was to repair work done by another plumber. If you have a complex project these guys are who you want to call. Raymond kept me informed from beginning to the end. Everything worked perfectly. They cleaned up everything and hauled it away. Out with rusted cast iron in with the ABS.

I don't normally post review if companies but feel compelled to write this one. I had an appointment set up with them for the evening of Thursday night. We exchanged a couple of emails but then I didn't hear anything. When I text them, the guy tells me I didn't respond in a timely manner so they booked another job. I waited all day and cleared my schedule for the evening. I just find this unprofessional and poor customer service.
