EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! - We had a backed up garbage disposal / kitchen sink on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend they we couldn't resolve. We called Auger Plumbing as they are local in Palm Bay (we always try to support small local businesses) and was greeted by a very nice woman who we found out later was the office manager who was great and very customer focused. She was able to work us into the afternoon schedule and Auger arrived within the hour. Our plumber (Donae Auger - her father is the owner) and her helper/apprentice were able to quickly resolve the problem. She was very knowledable and very pleasant. I will definetly call on Auger Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs!

We had some problems with our house when we first moved in and Augers Plumbing fixed it in no time. They were extremely kind, organized, and had great pricing. I had a nightmare plumbing my new salon but augers was quick to come out and fix the issues another so called plumber left me with. They were very nice, fast, and friendly and the issue was resolved on the same day they came out to diagnose the problem. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Two months ago, I had a dishwasher installed, and the guts of the toilet tank replaced. To install the dishwasher, they cut up my very expensive pergo floor, ruined a kitchen cabinet, cut notches in the countertop, and insisted the reason for the problems getting it the old one out, was because the floor was put in after the DW, and the new one in, because it was bigger. Absolutely not true; I should know! After installation, the new DW wasn't closing properly and he stuck a screw in between my counter and cabinet, as a """"shim."""" I was charged, sit down, $750. I still can't wash dishes because it doesn't close properly, the side of my cabinet, next to the DW has detached from the cabinet, I have visible notches in my countertop, and I have missing floor boards in front of the DW. My toilet? When I flush it, the toilet lid lifts. I tried shortening the chain, that didn't work. It also constantly runs. When I tried to get them to come back, they made it all my fault that they hadn't returned, and regarding phone calls and being here and not being here, when their plumber showed up without notifying me. I really don't appreciate the insinuation that I'm a liar. One day, their plumber just showed up when there was NO appointment. I was sitting in my car. I waited and waited and waited, he never got out of his truck, I was in a hurry, and he knows very well that I have a great difficulty walking, so I left, after waiting about 10 minutes. I didn't know if he was on his lunch break and not getting out of his truck, or what. The fact is he had no appointment and I had to leave, I was in a hurry and had already waited. I was also annoyed that he just showed up, and at the exact time I had to leave to pick up a child at school. No time to fool around when a child is standing there, waiting! He texted me, I texted back and never got a response. Finally, after phone tag and unreturn calls, I tried to make an appointment, (on a Friday, three weeks later) they said they couldn't come in the morning they could come in the afternoon and I said I couldn't do it in the afternoon (I also couldn't do it in the morning, but they didn't ask about it, just said THEY couldn't do it).That was part of the accusations of me doing everything wrong, because the guy showed up in the morning and they called me 10 times in the morning they said they COULD NOT come here. I was accused of quieting my dogs when the bell rang, and pretending not to be home! I wasn't here! I was at the doctor's office and certainly could not answer the bell or their telephone calls, but I don't owe them an explanation; they seem to think I did. Then they said the only way they would come back again to fix the unusable DW and problem toilet they left me with, was if I gave them a deposit upfront. A deposit upfront? To fix the mess they left? To not complete what they did? Two months later I have a toilet lid lifting when I flush and an unusable dishwasher? I haven't done anything about it because I live on SS and $750 is a fortune to me, and takes me some time to save up if I have to pay that much again to get the mess they made, fixed.

A friend recommended Auger Plumbing as being honest. I called on a Sat because my disposal was pouring water everytime I turned on the faucet. They called Monday morning & were out on Tues right on time. My plumber, Mike, was polite & explained what was needed & the cost. He was efficient & cleaned up afterwards. They have a set price, which is wonderful. The price was very reasonable!! I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Auger's Plumbing really helped me out when I needed it. My neighbor came to my work place to let me know I had water flowing from my garage. I called my son to check on it and he found that the water heater had split along the seam. He couldn't turn the valve to the water heater off since it was over 20 years old and the handle was too corroded to turn. He had to shut off the water to the house while I called to find someone to replace the water heater. I'll admit I chose Auger's Plumbing first because of his name(it really is the owner's name). He was able to come out that afternoon and replace the heater so we could turn the water back on. He and his daughter were very professional and got the work done quickly at a very reasonable price. If I ever need plumbing work done again, I'll be sure to call them.
