Professional service. Tech happened to be owner and was prompt in accordance to the schedule. In addition to fixing my shower, he remedied two other plumbing issues that I had. Both were simple fixes and he didn't try to bamboozle me in believing it was something much worse. Furthermore, Mr Auger explained the issues and he was fixing them and provided some preventative maintenance tips as well. I will always use Auger Plumbing. Professional, ethical, and just plain friendly and a good price for great work.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! - We had a backed up garbage disposal / kitchen sink on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend they we couldn't resolve. We called Auger Plumbing as they are local in Palm Bay (we always try to support small local businesses) and was greeted by a very nice woman who we found out later was the office manager who was great and very customer focused. She was able to work us into the afternoon schedule and Auger arrived within the hour. Our plumber (Donae Auger - her father is the owner) and her helper/apprentice were able to quickly resolve the problem. She was very knowledable and very pleasant. I will definetly call on Auger Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs!

I called around to a few places and they all seemed to be more expensive than Auger's Plumbing. I called the company Friday September 14th 2018 and they were able to come out that day to help determine the issue we were having and fixed the issue right away. Price was fair for what they did. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Auger's Plumbing really helped me out when I needed it. My neighbor came to my work place to let me know I had water flowing from my garage. I called my son to check on it and he found that the water heater had split along the seam. He couldn't turn the valve to the water heater off since it was over 20 years old and the handle was too corroded to turn. He had to shut off the water to the house while I called to find someone to replace the water heater. I'll admit I chose Auger's Plumbing first because of his name(it really is the owner's name). He was able to come out that afternoon and replace the heater so we could turn the water back on. He and his daughter were very professional and got the work done quickly at a very reasonable price. If I ever need plumbing work done again, I'll be sure to call them.

It started as a leak in my sprinkler system complicated by roots of a tree the price started at $450ish then he couldn't get to the pipes without breaking more pipes and needed a backhoe price increased $600 more but he was going to give us a discount. Well 2 days later i had a $1000. Bill and the backflow still did not work correctly and he said it would take a week to get parts. Well when i went to use the sprinkler it had dirt and debris in it and it malfunction ed,they told me to call my sprinkler company to fix it and they would pay for it. I had to track down the repair person to get him out to fix the backflow and the sprinkler was having problems again and he said he would fix it. He came out late and then told us he had to bring in a sprinkler company as we had a zone issue. My husband told him to leave. I paid $1000. Owe $90 to my sprinkler company that they did not pay and still have a sprinkler system i cannot use. Do not use this company.

I had a nightmare plumbing my new salon but augers was quick to come out and fix the issues another so called plumber left me with. They were very nice, fast, and friendly and the issue was resolved on the same day they came out to diagnose the problem. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.
