This plumbing company is truly top notch. They saved me on the day before Christmas in less than an hour they were out to my house. They fix the problem and only charged me $99.00 come to find out I just needed a clear out of my drainfield, But what it seems like from the inside was much much worse. Most other companies I called either didn't answer the phone or told me it would be four days from now after the holidays. The dispatcher was pleasant and listened very attentively to my concerns. I will no longer use any other plumbing company in Allen. I found them on next-door and they had multiple other five star reviews on there

Kory came to help find a leak at my house and was professional and very helpful. He was able to find the source of the problem and knew what was needed to fix it. He went above and beyond by letting me know the leak is from the neighbors pipe and offered to stay until the City come out and shut the water off. Would definitely use their services again.

My garbage disposal went out and was leaking, I reached out to Augerpros on Yelp and was greeted pretty timely.

They sent out a technician named Austin who was very helpful. Austin put on gloves, masks, and covers for his work boots. He was very respectful and completed the job quickly.

Overall the service was great. My gripe would be over the pricing. The cost of servicing out the garbage disposal totaled to $195.

To save money I bought my own garbage disposal at Home Depot for $109 even.

So my total costs ended up being $304.00.

I feel the service cost could be priced more competitively, but at the end of the day it is Augerpros decision and not the technician.

They were fantastic, start to finish! We had an emergency plumbing situation that required extensive repair, and they responded quickly, correctly diagnosed the problem, took the time to explain to us what was going on, and followed through on all the work that needed to be done. They went above and beyond with ensuring everything was squared away with the city as well, as the work that was done involved the city sewer line. Everyone was super friendly, and we appreciated them taking precautions with social distancing and wearing masks. We also appreciated their empathy for our unfortunate situation, particularly as first time home owners, who had no idea what to do. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future and cannot recommend highly enough.

I called, a lady answered the phone, I explained the situation to her and told her this is urgent.
I asked her how much it is going to cost to fix this issue. She told me how much.

The tech (James) showed up within an hour. He asked me several questions to understand what is going on. He started working and 15 minutes later he got us up and running.

He took the time to run his camera down inside the sewer line and asked me to view it with him to make sure everything looks as it should.
He showed me a few things need to be repaired but nothing urgent at this time.

James was very pleasant, professional and thoughtful. He said I'm gonna take care of this issue as if this is my house. And, he did exactly just that.
The lady on the phone was really nice and professional as well.

Katelynn responded immediately to my Yelp request. She was able to give me an estimate without charging the $50 to $80 trip/consult fee to come out that everyone else wanted. Richard came out the next morning. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I had an unusual situation, and he came up with an easy and inexpensive solution, and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. I found my new plumbing company. Will definitely use them going forward.
