Augerpros sent Chance out to provide an estimate for installing a whole-home filtration system. Chance and his coworker (didn't get his name) both were prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, honest and efficient. We like Chance's approach and the estimate, while not the lowest, was offset by his level of professionalism so we selected Augerpros based on Chance's representation.
When it came time to install our whole-home filtration system, he discovered a few exceptions and talked us through them letting us know of things we didn't need and changes that were needed. He was up front and explained things very clearly.
Based on our experience, we will recommend Chance and Augerpros every chance we get but Augerpros has also become our go-to plumbing company going forward.

Chance is awesome! We had a problem with broken sewage line. The first two companies quoted us over 10k for the fix. Chance knows his trade and provides a solution that solves the problem at a much affordable price. Throughout the process , he was communicative, timely and professional. At the end he was able to root cause the problem back to an error made by Spectrum years ago and we were able to make Spectrum pay for it via the claim process and photos Chance took for us! Highly highly recommend Chance and Augers Pro plumbing. You won't regret it!

Our shower faucet lever was becoming squeaky and difficult to turn and adjust. With my busy work schedule, and assuming that it was a problem with a faulty cartridge as we had experienced twice before, I decided to hire someone to come take a look at it.

Augerpros was super quick in their response to my request, and they could not have been more friendly and accommodating, even attempting to come out during the recent ice and snow storm until I informed them it was not an emergency and that they could wait a few days when the roads were safer.

The repair ended up being minor and they were done in probably a half hour, but it was more than worth the very reasonable charge to know it wasn't a bigger issue. I will absolutely hire them again for any future plumbing issues. A++

Just like to ask question about smoke test. If you do the smoke test to check the sewer gas leak to the house, Should the plumber block the stack vent at roof?

Very, very impressed with Augerpros Plumbing.

Our sewer line failed the hydrostatic pressure test after a pier adjustment to the foundation of the addition. The customer experience along with the quality of the work with Augerpros was exceptional.

I received a call, on the weekend, within 5 minutes of requesting a quote on their website. They promptly sent out a plumber who quickly diagnosed the issue, which required tunneling under the addition. AugerPros is partnered with a landscaping company that does the digging which means less work for me trying to find someone to dig.

Kory, the plumber with Augerpros, was excellent. Super friendly, and communicated every step in detail so I knew what to expect and when. They showed up promptly and did the work quickly. Kory extended the pvc under the slab up into the pier-and-beam section of the house to prevent any additional tunneling under the slab in the future when I have to replace the cast iron line.

They also ran a gas line for an outdoor fire pit, and again, the work was exceptional and timely.

They might not be the cheapest, but they are competitive from other quotes I received, and Kory's quality and communication was unmatched.

Very happy customer, and they are my new go-to plumber for the future.

I had an appointment with this company between 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. The technician arrived about 10 minutes early. I arrived home at 1:02 pm and found they had called/texted me. I called them right away but was told the technician already left. They didn't know when the technician could do the work at my home and I had to wait so I decided to cancel my appointment with them. I will never do business with this company again.

Our old shower head started leaking, even with the hot and cold knobs all the way off. I contacted this company through Yelp, received a prompt reply and scheduled.

The plumber was friendly and presented the options to repair the existing valve or replace the whole deal with a normal one knob system.

Replacing it would have been ideal, but it would damage the tile. Getting that fixed (through another company) would cost nearly as much as the plumbing work.

So, repair it is. Unfortunately, one of our internal components could not be removed and so he had to abort the repair.

In the end, my shower is still leaking but I was not charged beyond the initial $30 visit fee. I'm not proceeding with the full replacement at this time, but if/when I do, I will use this company.
