They called in the contractors from hell, Your Home Expert, to remediate my plumbing leak. This cascaded so many problems for me since. Don't recommend that company to other home owners because it is just going to make their lives so difficult and unpleasant.

This is my third time using AugerPros, and although no one is perfect all the time, they did a great job with our church's urgent sewer issue, which had forced us to shut down all our Sunday school kids' and toddler bathrooms on two floors. AugerPros was the first of three plumbers I contacted to come out. We had no idea how much work it was going to be, and expected the worst. Kory Sullivan and his assistant Tommy arrived, scoped the line, and correctly diagnosed the issue: a cast-iron drain that had moved and become detached 5 feet below ground. Their fair pricing and readiness to start work right away gave me the confidence to cancel the other plumbers and pull the trigger, with the hope of a quick resolution. The excavation crew came next, worked very hard in the hot sun, and by mid-week, the new drain was in. I was pleased with the quality of the work and asked them to also replace several water supply valves. They finished a big job before the following church service. I was please that Kory stayed on the job from start to finish, and he did not try to sell any unnecessary work, but advised without pressuring, and kept me updated with status updates. It made my job as a building manager easy. I plan to have them come out to bid our wall hydrant replacement next year.

Brian and Justin showed respect for my house while working around, they booted up to protect the home from mud and debris, they kept me informed about what they were doing, they were organized and gave me progress reports often. The city Inspector passed the pressure checks, the work was cleared, the gas company approved and all went back to normal without hassle. What seamed like a tragedy was handled by the professionals and completed, my huge problem is now a success story!

Sergey Nikulin of Augerpros Plumbling did a fantastic job. He tightened the toilet and fixed the toilet so that water fills up after a flush. He gave me good advice where to find a quality sink faucet and sink. He saw that the stopper below the sink would not work in an emergency. He did a great job installing the sink and adding value to my house. Augerpros is the best company for your plumbling needs.

I have used AugerPros on several occasions in the past and always received great service and a high quality of work from Kory(plumber).  On this occasion It was time to replace the infamous cast iron drain pipes under the slab of my home. With no regrets I contacted AugerPros and again Kory was sent to coordinate all aspects of this daunting task from  permits, inspections, excavation and the removal and replacement of the cast iron pipe.  At the end of a week the pipes were replaced my yard was restored and the inspections were complete. No matter where you look it will be a major investment to your home. The most important thing is choosing the right plumbing company to do the job.

Jerry Schrader is the owner and is so personable. I had an after-hours plumbing need related to our main water supply and a sprinkler system mishap. What was I to do? Left a message and immediately was set up with an appointment the next day. His team also followed up with a phone call and I was able to communicate need via text. Service requested with prompt responding makes all the difference and sets Jerry's company apart from other competitors. Technician will charge a nominal fee for a on-site visit but it can be applied to your total bill. Quality service with honest business practices will have me recommending this company to neighbors....wholeheartedly. Now, we have water again!

I called this company at 9:45 am and asked for Back Flow testing. I told them it was for inspection for the city. They said they would be there between 9-1.
I expressed our urgency so I was pleased about the same day service. At 2:50 I get a message asking if these were being tested for certification. I told them yes and they said they do not have anyone in the company that is certified. I would have not been so upset had they not waited until 3:00 pm to tell me.
Lack of communication is key in the service industry.
