I was without hot water and my usual plumber couldn't come for 2 weeks, so I called Aucoin...and within a half hour, Slim the plumber showed up! Very nice man, he had a couple of thoughts as to why I didn't have hot water, and then , he figured it out and saved the day. I am impressed that Aucoin came within a half hour when my regular plumber couldn't come for 2 weeks, and that Slim solved my problem quickly. Very happy!

We had a pipe burst in the backyard and we called Aucoin's. They responded and sent someone out in less than an hour. From the time we noticed the issue to the time of completion was around 2.5 hours which was incredible! Great service, friendly and highly experienced plumber! 10/10 highly recommend!

We called Aucoin's Plumbing regarding a kitchen sink leak around 10:30am and they had someone out here by 1:00pm (and finished before 2pm!). Superior professionalism, trustworthy, quality work, very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I can not recommend them enough!

I was told a price on the phone which was less than I was actually charged. They wasted time over and over again by going back to the truck numerous times for every little thing. Then he uses the device to force air down the shower drain causing sewer to splash everywhere. I had a simple clog but anyone would know the air machine would only waste more time. I call him a fraud before he left never calling this company again.

Promptly responded to handle repair and showed up the same day. Very professional, courteous and an overall pleasure to deal with. Fixed shower water handle and washing machine valve. Aucoin's has previously installed a new sink and garbage disposal for us in the past. They have also fixed a shower drain link for us in the past as well. Very satisfied with their service and price.

Promptly responded even though I didn't say that this was an emergency repair, (we have three bathrooms) and cleared the clogged toilet. Service took 15 minutes.

Everything but the cost was good. I don't have a good reference but $185 for a job less than 3 miles away, that took 15 minutes and was not an emergency seems excessive. I had used them before the pandemic and their prices were reasonable then. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them unless you need someone immediately.

This was a horrible experience and I don't recommend anyone use this company. came out did a job for 470.00 and didn't even get it right and when called back out for the same problem. We were told it would be a separate charge. Bill didn't even have a break down of services just one total but hey you live and learn. NEVER AGAIN!
