The master of the dishonest upsell! Save yourself time and money and go anywhere else. You don't even have to read this, but here are my experiences:
I called them years ago because things weren't draining in my house. They quoted me under $300 and worked for several hours. They then told me they hadn't fixed it but didn't want to do too much work without talking to me as my charge was already over $1200. To their credit they accepted the original quote and left, but did not fix the problem. That was pretty much my budget for this project so we lived with it until it got really bad.
I call them again and two very kind men come out and explain that it needed to be snaked or flushed. The flush costs $2500, comes with a 2 year warranty, and will solve the problem excepting a ""catastrophe"". The snake costs $1800 and will be temporary, though it does come with a 1 year warranty.
I go with the flush, pay them a small fortune and after the work is complete, i am told that the belly and roots in my pipe are a ""catastrophe"" and so I'll likely need to take advantage of that warranty, but he would recommend I look into having it excavated at some point. In fact if I do it now, the $2500 will be credited toward that, so OK I ask for a quote.
A man comes by a couple days later, doesn't really talk to me but looks around through the ports in my driveway into the offending pipe. He says he'll talk to someone and get back to me. When I next go outside I see that he has broken the lid to the port. I text them a picture immediately and am told they will get back to me.
That was a month ago and I hear nothing so I reach out again. Drains are already backing up. I now know that man was fired and no one followed up on his business I guess, but i didn't know that at the time. I'm told a new person will come out yesterday and they can't tell me what time so I wait all day. No one shows up. Then they say today, I'm busy in the morning but they say they will send him in the afternoon. I get a call to say he will be here at 8am. I remind them. They call at noon and I am not yet home from a medical appointment. I explain this but I guess they sent him anyway. By the time I get to the house, this man is understandably annoyed. He explains that the problem is common and I ask why I was not warned of it before having the work done. He says he doesn't deserve attitude. I tell him I want him to replace the port lid and he says ""how is that fair to me? I didn't break it"" when I point out that the company owes me a replacement because a representative broke it he says I have no proof and may have just driven over it. Hopefully something positioned in my driveway cannot be shattered by driving over.
When I ask him to perform another flush he tells me the warranty is not valid because of the problems with the pipe. When I ask him if he can do anything for me he says he wants to help but isn't going to do anything as long as I'm giving him this attitude. At this point I'm done and have to keep telling him I don't want his services until I finally just ask him to leave and go about his day. He gets in his truck and does something for a while. He has left the port unscrewed but i can't seem to screw it on with my hand. I'm not feeling great about this large angry man being on my property at this point so I locked up and left.
I cannot give a low enough score to this company and in particular, Jeff was nasty, aggressive, and unprofessional. At least everyone else was a kindly incompetent or lied through their teeth. Please don't give them your money, they'll just find a way to get more of it.

Pathetically run business that knows nothing of customer service. Made an appointment a week in advance. Finally the day comes and we get late in to the afternoon without hearing a word. We call to find out an eta. We're told they will not be coming that they are behind and need to reschedule. I understand these things happen but can't believe they wouldn't call to let us know. Really glad we wasted a day sitting at home waiting for no reason. Rescheduled for the next day. Same thing happens. I now have missed 2 days of work and pay for no reason. The solution they offer is to reschedule AGAIN for the next day. Not for nothing but I'm not going to miss a third day of work so you can not show up again. Will never use this company again and I would urge others to not bother either. Horribly mismanaged for a company this size.

Don't use this company unless you want to get scammed. I called them to get an estimate on repairing two shower valves along with replacing the handles. I knew this was a significant job, so I wanted an estimate. When the plumber showed up the first thing he said was, ""First you need to pay for the $119 travel fee. Then there will be a $130 plumbing inspection fee."" My answer was, ""Why is the first time I'm hearing about this? You want $250 just to walk into my house? To get an estimate on future work?"" When he said, ""Let me talk to my boss and see if I can get this waved,"" I realized that this must be the plumber's version of the car salesman scam, where you make the deal, he comes back with the paperwork to sign, the price is $300 more than you agreed to, and he says, ""Oh, well the car you picked out has a special undercoating. I just found out that adds $300 to cost of the car.""

When I made this appointment for an estimate I spoke with the secretary for 15 minutes, giving her every detail of what needed to be done, so when the plumber showed up he would know everything and only need to spend ten minutes in my house to gather his estimate information. But when the plumber showed up he said, ""So what are we doing here today?""

As a two-time cancer survivor still with a low white count, I asked the secretary booking my appointment if she could be certain my plumber had a mask to wear. ""Of course, I'll make sure he has one."" He didn't.

When I called the office to ask why my plumber was over an hour late, I was told, ""Oh, on Wednesdays all the plumbers have to go to a meeting from 8:00 to 9:00. The person who booked your appointment is new and didn't know that."" I don't believe that. Everything is typed into a on a computer. That 8:00 to 9:00 area on a scheduling spreadsheet would be blocked off if there were meetings every Wednesday. Only that morning did I know he'd be coming an hour late, which made me have to start rearranging my day. And if they really have meetings in the morning, I guess these meetings are not used to fill the plumbers in on what their jobs will be that day. ""So what are we doing here today?"" Great.

I got the same excuse as far as not being told in advance that I'd have to pay $250 just to have a plumber walk into my house. ""Oh, the person who scheduled your appointment is new and didn't know."" Yeah, I bet. I have a feeling that everything I was told was a lie.

I wonder if the ""travel fee"" and ""plumbing inspection fee"" is a scam they leave up to the discretion of the individual plumber, or if that is universal in their business.

$119 travel fee when they are a 15 minute drive away from my house.

Needless to say, I told this plumber to go away and never come back.

I am so glad I finally have a chance to share my review of this company.
I have had the experience of being in the company of two people while using this service. The same gentle men came to both.
My sister had a broken shut off valve for the toilet bowl the water was pouring down and she didn't know what to do it was a Saturday she called this company she was charged 350:00 to walk in the door the service man asked her to shut off the main water valve she didn't know where it was so she called the town to shut it off.
The serviceman came an hour later he came in and before he did any work she had to sign a contract for a total of 849.00 total he fixed the shut off valve. wanted her to sign up ether Gold, silver, bronze plan he was told no and wrote on the bill .... wanted a band aid approach left didn't turn on valve left.
Another plumber had to come to turn on her water cost her another 301.00 to get everything started again.
She was without water for week so 849.00 to replace a shut off valve for a toilet. Shame on them! Also 301.00 to clean up his sloppy work.

Stay away!!!!!! The drain to the street was clogged and I called these guys to snake the drain. They showed up promptly, charged me over $500 to snake the drain but didn't clear the drain due to a blockage. They then quoted me a price of $11,000 to repair the drain (including taking out a tree and concrete walkway). I found a plumber that doesn't try to scam customers and the total cost was less than $2,500.

An absolutely amazing company. Absolutely loved the professionalism. Shoe covers as soon as they walk In the door. They even broke out a red rug to work on I felt privileged to have such an amazing technician clear my drain. By the time he finished it was like he was never there an absolutely amazing cleanup service. Will definitely have Rashad come out for future work

This place is crazy. I called to have a plumber come out and give me an estimate on a new hot water heater and some other potential repairs. They sent a salesman in a beautiful, brand-new, company truck. The only thing this guy knows about is pricing. He wanted me to sign a contract that same day for his wild-ass guesses. I was also told that those prices weren't firm as an actual plumber would still have to make a final determination.

I mentioned the beautiful truck because you, as the customer, will be paying for it, as well as this salesman's salary. It didn't end with this guy leaving my house. We got several high-pressure phone calls to give a credit card number over the phone to guarantee our price (even though it wasn't really guaranteed at all until an actual plumber started work). I would rather trust some questionable YouTube videos and do it myself than call these people again. I would not recommend this company ever.

Called for emergency service for a burst pipe. They took all of our information, including price, etc. They said they were sending a technician out. We waited for four hours and nobody showed up. When we called back, the woman that took our request played dumb. We would have easily have found another plumber if they would have said from the beginning that they could not fulfill the service. Instead, we have water everywhere. Definitely do not recommend this company for plumbing services.
