This is by far, the most reliable local plumbing company. Dave (owner) is not only knowledgeable but he also has some very consistent & experienced employees.
Last month I had a drainage problem which affected the whole house. He was able to squeeze me in early Monday morning. Not only was Dylan able to clear the line from the house to the street which is about 185', he also found a second clean out on the property which I didn't realize existed.

Jamon did our install today, he's definitely an amazing asset to Auburn Plumbing. Very courteous & great customer service and friendly. Did an excellent job & done in two-hours. Now we have piece of mind that our water heater won't blow up. Happy with the new one. Thank you.

Oh my gosh! What a gem! I called Dave on Friday afternoon and he probably spent a solid 15 minutes walking me through some troubleshooting options. If that doesn't solve it he'll be out til solve once and for all. So awesome !

I was walked through potential fixes to the issue over the phone. This was around 7:30 pm and was not charged extra for this. After these attempts did not fix the issue, I was scheduled next morning due to family staying at my house with nowhere for water to go. I am so very pleased with the excellent service of Auburn Plumbing! Late Sunday afternoon an irrigation hose bib blew at my home, and Dave walked me through how to shut off my well pump so that it wouldn't be damaged. And first thing this morning Dylan was at my door ready to fix the problem, as well as replacing a leaky toilet stopper.
I have used Auburn Plumbing for both my home and my rental house for many years, and trust them completely. They never disappoint, and often will provide me valuable tips for future use. For example, who knew that that pretty blue toilet tank cleaner is actually bad for the tank. Dylan shared that this morning. And suggested I purchase extra stoppers and change them out every 6 months or so. And clean around the stopper's seal.
