Outstanding Customer Service at the best price in town. My water heater stopped working this weekend. I called a few companies, who quoted me prices for a new one. I called Auburn Plumbing on a Saturday night. Owner Dave Scholl not only gave me a lower price, he walked me through some troubleshooting, step by step, in addition to walking me through turning off the gas, water and depressurizing the tank. Then stated he would come out 8 AM Monday morning no charge to give me his opinion on what needed to be done so I had a gauge when the other company came later. He got snowed in Monday morning, but his workers got here right on time, it was a simple supply line fix. Inexpensive and they were so professional and fast. Thank you Dave & Auburn Plumbing!!

I've written reviews of the fabulous Dave from Auburn Plumbing before but certainly another 5 star rating can't hurt him.

I woke up to a broken pipe.. Called Dave who was in the middle of something; however he stopped what he was doing to come over. Turned off the water and said ""the good news is that it's an easy fix, but the bad news is I don't know when I'll be back, but don't worry.. Just spoke with him and his guys will here no later than 4.. ""I love you Dave. I love you too Beth"".. :)... I hope his wife understands how appreciative i am

Incredible Service! We are new Auburn residents who purchased a vintage home and figured we were in serious trouble when we had a main sewer backup. I called Dave at 9am on a Monday and was pleasantly surprised when he said he happened to be in the area and could come take a look. He was professional, educational, and efficient and had us back in good working order in no time. I even suggested that if we hadn't already selected a name for our soon to be born son, we would have gone with ""Dave!""

I gave five stars only because there were not six. Dave and crew came over after being referred by another plumber who couldn't tackle the difficult job. For years we suffered with 7 basement window wells that would back up during periods of heavy rains. The house is 68 years old and was custom-built by the original owners who neglected to map the drain lines. Dave and crew were able to discover that the drain lines terminated at a retaining wall installed by a subsequent owner, preventing the line from draining. After heavy-duty snaking and camera inspection the drains ran clear! No more basement flooding. Dave's prices were competitive and consistent with the difficult job done. Thank you Dave.
