Dave is honest and does amazing work. I've had a few plumbing problems over the past couple of years and each time Dave is responsive and provides solutions that work and that fit within my budget. Most recently I had a major plumbing issue on a Saturday and he took my call even though he was spending the day with his family and was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. There are lots of plumbers out there, but Dave is truly one of a kind. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.

Dave is the best! I normally never write a review but the service from Dave and this company is just outstanding. We live in Auburn Lake Trails (Cool, CA) and Dave came out on short notice to deal with a water heater issue we were having. He was very knowledgeable and willing to spend the time trouble shooting a backdraft issue we were having with our water heater venting. I would not hesitate to call him if you need a good, reliable plumber who takes the time to listen to your problem and deal with it in professional manner.

Great crew; nice and professional! We've had them at least twice, for emergencies (one on Christmas Day!) and other work, and they've always come through for us. Reasonable rates (much lower than some others), fast service. I will certainly use them again. Dave is run off his feet with so much business (and no wonder) so sometimes you have to call him back if he's in the middle of a job. Dave went the extra mile to get me exactly the kind of faucet I needed.

I called Dave at Auburn Plumbing on a Saturday in order to purchase a part for my kitchen sink. I actually thought I was contacting a different retail parts store in Auburn. He suggested he might be able to assist me and asked what I was looking for. I thought, ""Oh no, this guy is going to try and get me to buy something/service."" Dave was so helpful, offering trouble shooting tips, giving advice and his expert opinion. He recommended a name brand faucet that I plan on purchasing. The next time I need to hire a plumber I am going to call Dave. For today, I am buying a new faucet that my husband will install! Thank goodness for this company. I came home one Friday night and had a sewage smell in the bottom floor of our house. I called Dave (twice for emergency per his instructions) and he returned my call immediately. He tried to help me on the phone by having me check a few things. He diagnosed what the problem was, agreed it was urgent, and came first thing Saturday morning to fix it. His repair was thorough and efficient, including making a trip to a supplier to get a new pump. I highly recommend this company for your plumping needs.

I used yelp to find this plumber yesterday. Dave answered his phone and said he would be over either before noon or late in the afternoon. Since he didn't come before noon I figured he'd be over later. Once 3:30 came and went I started calling and texting. Dave answered his phone on my third try at 4:55. He told me his job ran long and he would come to my house today. We agreed on a 1 :00 to 1:30 window today. He did not show up. He did not call. I didn't bother to call him have simply called another plumber.

Absolutely perfect service. I called at 9am about a non-functioning sewer pump - after checking their schedule they said Dave would be here between 2 and 3pm. They came a bit before 3 after calling first that they were on the way). Got down to work, replaced a non-functional switch, cleaned everything up and were done by 4pm. Friendly, fast, on-time and competent execution - i could not have asked for more.
