Not a good homeowner experience. Condo association had to pull them from our preferred vendor list. Much more expensive than peers and had hidden charges. The tech was nice enough, but clearly didn't get the full request from the main office. I tried to remedy, but office staff was slow to respond and unwilling to work with me.

I guess driver safety is not their middle name I reported a driver doing 80 mph on I 90 and before he did that he tailgated me and than came around my Vehicle and almost caused a accident this was reported to the safety person a week ago not even a call back
